The cash for guns program didn’t work in Wilmington, Delaware as much as cash with guns worked. From about age four all the way up, people were given rifles and money.

A man named Brunson Cader talked to Channel 30.

“I think it’s great. We’re educating people on gun safety. You see I was a sergeant major in the Corps for twenty-eight years. I know what it’s like to handle a firearm. I want my daughter to know about things like TNKK.”

“Of course, thank you for your service, sir.”

“Thank you for your support.”

The guns kept on flowing.
