"Don't croak if you don't understand!" Manstein snarled, "A three-stage earthquake can't even collapse a dangerous house!"

"I don't know, I've never heard of such a word spirit." Schneider said, "What kind of speech spirit can destroy an aluminum hall that holds thousands of people waiting for trains? This kind of intensity is almost comparable to 'Rhine'."

"There's not enough time for us to send an investigation team, is there?" Manstein said.

"No survey mission, just send someone to retrieve the information. The time limit given by the school board is by 19:00 local time this evening." Schneider glanced at his wristwatch, "That's about eight hours away."

"Where are the candidates?" Manstein said, "Who's close? Send someone close by."

"No one from outside the city can make it, the railroads and airports are closed until 21:00 tonight in case of aftershocks," Schneider said, "The only people who can make it by car are from the school works department, and they have a group on vacation in China."

Manstein thought of the strong men with arm muscles like steel and chests like monoliths in the Varsity Engineering Department and shook his head, "The Varsity Engineering Department can only assist, and the commissioner should be the one with the pedigree advantage."

"Then there are only students left to mobilize, 'A' class, Chu Zhang, 'S' class, Lu Mingfei, all with absolute pedigree advantages." Schneider said, "They all have their homes in the area and are on summer vacation."

Although it was at such a time when seriousness and tension did not allow any semblance of liveliness, hearing Lu Mingfei's name, Manstein grinned bitterly. Pedigree advantage? He has a pedigree advantage, the "S" class is the mark of top pedigree, but ......

"Yes! There's no problem with Ming Fei! He's 'S' class!" Goodman looked as if he had found some treasure in the garbage pile. He was Lu Mingfei's instructor and always had confidence in his students.

"I don't know where your confidence comes from. You failed two of your 'S' classes last semester, and the transcripts have been sent to the faculty committee." Manstein shook his head, "As an 'S' grade, he actually can't release his speech spirit, without it he has no natural ability, and as a hybrid race is a waste."

"Send Chu Zhang." Schneider said, "He has the experience of many successful missions."

"I'm the head of the discipline committee, in charge of student discipline, and I remember something very clearly, your student Chu Zhang is an authentic violent faction. He has twelve demerits in his file for having a violent streak in the mission!" Manstein still shook his head, "Sending a violent person who hasn't graduated yet to be in charge of an 'SS' level mission?"

"The Executive Department itself is a violent institution!" Schneider was also known to take sides with his students.

"I know you're the head of violence." Manstein said, "But no, Chu can't be in charge on his own."

"But we have no choice," Schneider said, "I know my student well, and Chu Zhang would be suitable for a solo mission."

"No need to go out alone, Ming Fei will support him!" Guderian lost no time.

Manstein looked directly into Schneider's iron gray eyes, and his tone was strong: "A top mission requires the configuration of a top team, Chu Zhang does have the advantage of the pedigree but is not good enough to carry out a mission of this level alone, he can be a team member at most!"

"I am the head of the executive department, this is the task that the executive department is responsible for, and Chu Zhang is my student, do you understand?" Schneider was equally forceful.

"There is Ming Fei in ah ......" Guderian looked at the two people whose eyes could rub out sparks when they crossed.

After a few seconds, Schneider and Manstein both understood that they could not overwhelm each other and turned around at the same time, pacing anxiously to the sides.

"Ming Fei ......" Guderian glanced left and right.

"Chu Zhang as commissioner! Lu Mingfei to assist!" Schneider and Manstein turned around and said at the same time. They had finally reached a compromise. It was a compulsion, time was dwindling by the minute, and the school board was something no one could afford to offend.

"Norma, inform the school board of the executive team list," Schneider reached into the projection with all ten fingers, moving quickly, and began to marshal the information, "The action plan is being developed, we will report back to them in time."

"Understood." An elegant female voice came from the loudspeakers in all directions.

"The school board has replied to the letter, the team has been adjusted, appointing 'S' rank Lu Mingfei as the commissioner for this mission, with 'A' rank Chu Zhang assisting him. Chu Zhang should be at Lu Mingfei's disposal." A few minutes later, Norma's voice came again from overhead.

All three professors on duty froze, and the central control room was silent for a long time.

"Oh my! The school board recognized Ming Fei's talent!" Guderian pressed his hands to his chest in surprise.

Manstein and Schneider coincidentally reached out and pressed their foreheads, probably to see if they had a fever or were hallucinating. ...... They both knew what the school's only "S" grade Lu Mingfei was, a "genius" struggling to The "genius student" who is struggling to make up the edge of the exam, if not relying on the principal's unprincipled force to protect the scum who has long been relegated to the next level, he must be on the field to make a mistake when he should not show his face but will be a stunning "neurosword"? Let such a role as a commissioner? To command the elite of the elite, a full twelve missions without a single failure of the Lionheart Club President Chu Zhang? What is the difference between this and having Fingal, the first loser of Castle, solve the nuclear crisis in the Sahara Desert? This is to destroy the earth, right?

The morning sun shone through the skylight, spilling onto the empty basketball court, and the basketball smashed into the bright spot of light, emitting a soothing "thump thump" sound. Chu Zhang was alone, dribbling, squatting, and breathing deeply.
