Code is everywhere. “What happened to the corporations?” Why are they flocking away from Delaware to Wyoming?” comptroller Sudan Fairbanks asked.

“Too many regulations and controls,” Corlo Magnus mentioned.

“Isn’t that why they came to Delaware in the first place?”

“Yes, but we’ve increased these things that throttle business and they have decided to incorporate elsewhere. Nevada’s next on the list.”

“Goddamnit.” Fairbanks said it quietly with reserve. “Thanks for pointing that out, Cor’. I’ve been busy with the finances, I haven’t been able to look at what’s been going on until now.”

“It’s fine. Let’s bring them back, though.”
