Captain Wolf: The origins

It was a bright morning as the sun rose and a light breeze ran through the fur of a black furred wolf named John Anderson. John was a wolf with many friends at school but as he got ready to leave this morning he felt something was off. The world was combined of humans and animals. It was a different world and the year was 2078 and yet there were many people who still hadn’t gotten used to having they’re dogs at the same table as them. “Typical humans.” The wolf thought as he went to get breakfast before catching the bus. As john entered the kitchen his parents were in there already, his dad who was a tall tan coyote was reading the paper while sipping on coffee. His mom was a vixen with bright orange fur with some white on her chest. As John entered they both glanced up. John was adopted as a pup and he always wondered what would happen if the universe hadn’t sent these two beautiful people to rescue him or if the world would have given him a second chance even. “Morning mom, morning dad!” John shouted as he grabbed as many slices of bacon he could but as he ran for the door his mom grabbed him and gave him a big hug and kiss. “I love you sweetie now remember if anyone bullies you at school don’t bear your teeth or growl just ignore them.” She said as John struggled in her grasp. Before he could get away his dad came over and put a paw on his shoulder and with a smile brought John in for a hug. “Cut your mom some slack she just loves you so much. As do I and I want you to know we will always love you no matter what.” As John caught the bus he moved row to row but no one was willing to give up they’re seat. John finally was able to sit down next to a girl with black hair and glasses. She turned and smiled at him. “Hi, my name is Felicia Vance. I am the girl that studies the bee farms behind our school.” John gave her a small smile even though he wasn’t to keen on strangers he decided to try and join her small talk. “Bee’s huh? Must be fascinating to study insects and stuff.” John was starting to get nervous not because she was a human but because she was a girl. John wasn’t very popular and girls usually gossiped about him behind his back a lot at school. “Well it is interesting and also odd that insects didn’t advance like the rest of the animals did but I guess that’s because bee’s and other insects are not ready to advance like animals like you were.” Felicia explained. As Felicia looked at John she realized he looked confused. “Oh my gosh I did not mean it like that. Sometimes I over explain due to trying to be so smart. Guess its in my nature if you get what I mean.” John gave a slight giggle. “No problem I mean there isn’t anything wrong with being smart. Anyway would you like to be friends?” Felicia smiled ear to ear. “Wow no one has ever wanted to be my friend. I sure would!” As the bus arrived at school everyone got off the bus and as Felicia and John got off the bus Felicia was grabbed and tossed to the ground by another human girl with hair that was a mix of pink and purple colors as well as a nose piercing. “I don’t know what you did to my boyfriend but he doesn’t care to be with me anymore and keeps talking about being an aspiring nerd like you dweebette!” John helped Felicia up as he glared at the girl. “Ya well he seems to be doing a great job so far seeing that he decided to choose science over you Deandra.” John and Felicia walked inside the school as Felicia tried to fix her glasses they approached a group of guys who all were shouting at John and telling him how happy they were to see him. “Guys this is Felicia Vance, she is a new friend I would like to welcome to our club.” The other guys were mainly canines but some were different. Felicia recognized some of them right off the bat. A coyote with more orange-brownish fur smiled at her and waived, his name was Josh Carnahagn, a fox with all white fur stood there mouth open who she realized to be Alex Smith who was actually in her biology class, a buck named Hector who was in the schools football team, a weasel named Fred and Fred’s brother Hector who was actually a mongoose his family adopted. Everyone seemed to welcome Felicia and as they walked to they’re Biology class everyone told Felicia to join them at lunch as she walked to class Josh caught up and as they entered the class she was surprised to see him take the seat right next to her. “Hi my name is Josh. Sorry about earlier it’s just that I never see any girl human or animal actually become a part of our group.” As everyone grew silent the teacher who was a cheetah was passing out papers. “Good morning everyone welcome to Biology class to anyone who is new and to others feel welcome anyway.” The cheetah said trying to get the class more awake but realized it was Monday and students were less likely to actually be hyper active in the morning time. As he was passing out papers which turned out to be the test’s from last Friday he noticed a young gorilla boy on his phone and before he could even send his text he grabbed the phone. “Benjamin Miller what have we discussed about phones in class?” The gorilla started stammering “Sorry Mr. Jackowski it was my mom and I had to reply or she would become frantic.” Jackowski wasn't buying it. “Well you can have your phone back at the end of the day.” As the cheetah raced to the front of the room like a blur he put the phone in the desk drawer and then sped back to were he handed back tests to Josh and Felicia. Josh had gotten an A+ while Felicia had gotten a B- on her test. As the teacher went by Felicia tugged on his sleeve getting the cheetah to notice her and turn around. “Mr. Jackowski I should have gotten an A+ because I studied and put in the effort and lots of the questions marked wrong must have been in error because I know what the answers were you see sir.” Mr. Jackowski was trying really hard to absorb all this and not laugh, he graded the tests himself and knew perfectly well this girl wasn’t what she seemed especially since she was reported by another student to have not only cheated off someone else test but even paid someone to steal the test for her. “Be that as it may Ms. Vance but you were actually reported as cheating which reminds me you need to see the principle Mr. Taylor about that.” The cheetah turned and continued handing out the rest of the tests as Felicia crabbed her stuff Josh gave her a slight smile out of the corner of his muzzle and nodded as Felicia found herself at the secretaries desk. The eagle at the desk looked up and as he did he recognized her. “Oh Felicia what did you do this time?” Felicia’s cheeks turned red as she barely looked the eagle in the eye. “Well dad I may have made a mistake but it wasn’t my fault Mr. Jackowski didn’t give me time to even study and he told me Friday that if my grabs even slipped below a B I would no longer be able to do my extra curricular study of Bee’s.” Felicia was in tears as the eagle got up from his desk and gave his daughter a hug. “Well sweetheart that is why I took you under my wing. Animals adopting other species is extremely common nowadays and the reason I adopted you is because deep down your brain maybe big but it’s your heart that’s the biggest.” Felicia felt tears roll down her cheeks. “Thanks dad. I met a group of friends and this guy named John is so sweet. He saved me from Deandra Youth who claims I stole her boyfriend when I did nothing to her.” she could see concern on her father’s beak. “I understand and all I can say about that is ignore her. She is just jealous you are smarter and more beautiful than her.” as she went in for another hug the door to the principles office opened and a little boy with orange hair and thick glasses walked towards a woman with black hair and a man with black hair with silver streaks in it. The man had a rich suit on which was only common in some of the gangs in the city. As they left a giant Rhino stepped out, Felicia Vance please step into my office. Felicia turned toward her father and saw he nodded to her as she went inside. “Please have a seat and let’s get this started.” the big buff rhino said. As they sat down Felicia knew the Principle was a good guy and maybe if she did her best he would just let her off with a warning. “Now Felicia I have never thought you would end up in my office and even worse for an act of stealing, plagiarism, and paying another student who had nothing on they’re record just to pass some test.” Felicia felt bad mainly because Mr. Taylor was right. She was selfish to try and have another student risk his future so hers could flourish. “I understand sir but I did it with the best intentions and had nothing bad in what I was trying to do.” The rhino gave a big sigh which sounded like disappointment to Felicia. “Ms. Vance I am sorry but for this you are not allowed to be in the Bee farm until you improve your grade in Mr. Jackowski' s class and better yourself in general.” As Felicia came out she gave her father a hug. “See you when I get home after detention. Her father looked up and his beak formed into a smile and as she left he spoke to her. “I know you can do it Felicia and I am very proud to have adopted a lovely smarty pants like you. Also dinner tonight is Salmon so I will have some ready by the time you get home.” Felicia smiled and as lunch came she sat with her new friends. “Ya that’s right John I git detention all because I was trying to be smarter. That’s why I took bee farming and study because I just don’t like others weather they are human or animal. As the day went on school ended and Felicia was stuck thirty extra minutes in Mr. Jackowski' s class. “Well Felicia I hope you learned something today.” As Felicia left a German shepherd was mopping the hallway and as she turned the corner Felicia felt two hands grab her and she recognized Deandra and two other girls dragging her towards the bee farms. “You like your gross bugs weakling then feel free to join them and that’s when Felicia felt herslef fly through the air and onto the bee containers which broke under her weight. Angry bee’s swarmed her and started stinging her multiple times. What was weird was the bees had glowing stingers and she felt something different as she faded into unconsciousness. John got on the bus as usual but realized Felicia wasn’t there. As they arrived at school there was an ambulance and a few police cars, Mr. Vance and Mr. Taylor were outside and as John got closer he saw Felicia Vance unconscious body. One of the paramedics came up to Mr. Vance and Mr. Taylor and told them the news. “Good news she is alive bad news is something isn’t right with her vitals. Mr Vance you are welcome to come with us to the hospital” Mr. Vance got in with his daughter and as the ambulance drove away he noticed Deandra and her friends smiling and giggling as the ambulance drove off. As John met with his friends Deandra came up and as she did she elbowed a raven who was putting his stuff away and tripped an otter who was on her way to class. “Listen up loser’s if your wondering what happened to Felicia let’s just say what goes around comes around and if you guy’s saying anything the same will happen to you.” Deandra walked away cackling as the group looked at her in disgust. At the hospital Felicia had just woken up when a man with long black hair and a skeletal composure came up to her. “Good morning Felicia I am Dr. Albert Warren and I am here to run some tests on you.” As Doctor Warren approached her Felicia felt herself raise her arms and she cried “get away from me.” Just as she did a swarm of bee’s appeared outside her hospital window clacking to get in. That is when a buzzing could be heard in the vent’s up above. Bee’s came out from the vents and surrounded Dr. Warren and as they did he slowly backed up. Felicia got out of bed and walked out of the hospital room to the astonishment of her father and the police officers. “Felicia is dead long live Queen Bee. She cackled and as she did a swarm of bees flew around her and as they did her hospital gown changed shape to a hexagonal form and a long string of honey formed and as it hardened what appeared to be a stinger appeared at the tip. As she walked toward the front door two security guards an owl and a bear tried to stop her but as she waved her hand a swarm of bees flew towards them and as they dodged the bees she walked out everyone was astonished except her father who looked shocked and heart broken because he knew that was no the daughter he knew and loved. He fell in his chair as tears rolled down his beak wondering if he would ever see his beloved daughter again. At the school everyone was sitting down for lunch when the doors flew open and Felicia entered. As everyone watched Deandra went up to her. “Oh no you can’t just die and come back you sad little no body.” Mr. Taylor, Mr. Jackowski and everyone else were astonished and as Felicia approached her she shouted angrily “How dare you mock your queen! Better find your place quick drone!” Before Deandra could respond Felicia raised her staff as a swarm of bees swarmed Deandra as she dropped to the ground screaming. “A drone that does not serve me has no purpose to live and therefore thou shall be struck down forever.” Mr. Taylor thinking this is a prank went up to Felicia which was a great mistake on his part. “Ms. Vance I don’t know if you lost your mind or something but that is not allowed he...” Before he could finish a swarm of bees made him fallback as Mr. Jackowski and the German shepherd Janitor caught him. They all looked at her in terror and she walked over to the boyfriend of Deandra. As she approached him Felicia blew a blue colored smoke in his face and as she did his eyes turned a light blue. “A proper queen needs a king, as for his other suitor, time for her final defeat. "As she spoke she pricked the stinger in Deandra’s neck and her veins slowly turned black as an unknown venom went through Deandra. As Felicia walked away with the boy she looked back and for a moment looked humane. “I didn't want it to be this way but you all never gave me the chance to sprout. I will be back soon and I will get my vengeance upon Deandra and when I do I will bring her worthless life to a close.” with that a swarm of bees went all around them and they vanished. Deandra moaned unconsciously as she was lifted up on a stretcher and taken to the hospital. John thought to himself and as he walked he found himself in the bee farms which were still damaged. “Hey guys I have a theory, help me check all these hives.” As they checked Mr. Taylor and Mr. Jackowski helped and as they checked and found them empty they all also noticed the green glow of the honey in the hives. John sniffed at it and then backed up right away covering his nose. You guys need to cover this up quick. The hives were mutated by a chemical that possibly came curtesy of Chem X. As they all looked they saw something crawl slowly toward them. A bee that must have been the past queen was barely alive and looked badly hurt. That is when John made a horrible discovery. John turned to everyone with fear in his eyes. “We need to find Felicia. She doesn’t seem to know that the original queen is still alive so technically if the bee’s grow wise they will start attacking her since she is considered a false queen. She is in extreme danger and doesn’t know it yet.” everyone exchanged worried glances and as everyone went back to the cafeteria Felicia had returned and she wore an mad, insane look on her face as she approached Deandra. “Time to put this wretched drone to death for once...for good!” As she raised her staff she felt herself fall to the ground and her staff snatched from her grasp. “I know we haven’t been the best people to you and we regret that but if you don’t listen to us now you will be the one to die.” Mr. Taylor said as he gave the staff to Mr. Jackowski. Felicia gave them an angry scowl. “My name isn’t Ms. Vance anymore you stupid fools. She is dead long...live...queen...BEE!!!” She yelled. As she did so there was a lot of loud clattering and bee’s started appearing at the windows and doors. The bee’s started going into the vents determined to kill the false queen. John quickly grabbed her and held her close to him. “I know no one treated you right and I understand what it feels like to be not respected or loved by friends. But I am your friend so please let me help you.” John smiled and as he did Felicia slowly began to smile back. “I am sorry everyone but this will be the last time you see me as Felicia ever again.” Felicia slowly backed away and as she did she waved her hands and the bees slowed down before dropping to the floor. As Felicia turned to make a run for it John grabbed her and brought her to Mr. Taylor who with Mr. Jackowski held her until the police arrived to take her away. As she was lead away she past everyone and as she was put in the cop car some spandex gloves with an unknown coating was put on as she was taken to the Asylum where she was put in a cell with her name Vance, Felicia A.K.A Queen Bee. As she was put in her cell her father approached and as he did he put a feathered hand to the glass window. “I am sorry Felicia I never wanted you to go down this path. I am also sorry to tell you, I have to leave town. I lost my job, our life and most importantly you. This will be the last time I see you and I want you to know I will send you letters to let you know I still love you and when you get out we will have dinner together and I will never let you go again.” The smile from his beak faded when he saw Felicia in tears. “Daddy no please I cant be on my own please don’t do this.” She cried as her father backed away from the glass as two guards a crow and a raccoon approached it the warden which was a bear grabbed the eagles shoulder and led him out as the guards watched Felicia cry. “NO!!!” As she fell to her knees. Her father, her life and everything she truly cared about was truly gone. That was then she realized she would rather be queen bee than lose anything more.

The very next day John was getting ready for school and as he boarded the school bus he remembered Felicia wasn’t there and that she would never be there. As he entered he school he and his friends felt the same way about Felicia and as they went to class Mr. Jackowski and Mr. Taylor were there. “Students Mr. Taylor has an announcement so please listen up, this is important.” Mr. Jackowski announced as the class fell silent. “Students I want to say what happened to Felicia Vance was tragic and that at this point if you are having any problems please report them to me or your teacher’s because what happened wasn’t just tragic but also destroyed multiple people’s lives in the process.” with that the rhino walked out of the classroom and as the day went on no one really felt good as everyone saw what became of Felicia and knew that a good, innocent person had changed into a monster. As John got home and thought about what had happened he decided to do something. That is when he had an idea, he grabbed his piggy bank and broke it, he pocketed the cash and bought a super hero costume from the store. As John got home he called his friends and told him his plan. “I promise to never let evil or cruelty happen again and I will bring justice starting now. Our city has mobsters, gangs and now it’s first super villain. I feel it is time to make things better and bring peace to the world.” as he said this all his friends began to agree and decided to help they’re friend and support him.

As the night went on though the boy with the glasses had gotten into the bee farm and was taking samples. He brought them back to his father and his friends the alligators. “Father I did what you asked please let me go with mom.” The man raised an eyebrow as he pulled out a cigarette and light it. “Well my boy you did fine but you see it was no accident that the Chem X gunk got in there and infected the poor gal. But business is business but remember the reason you are going back is because I want to have more people like queen bee and to keep nosy creatures out of our business animal or not.” He snapped his fingers and one of the gators came forward with Mr. Taylor and a woman with short blonde hair. “Mr. Taylor my son will be returning and if you value your wife’s life you will not interfere again or I will have one of my gator boys put a theory of mine to rest. Weather or not a live human can survive inside a gators stomach, remember it’s nothing personal it’s just business so stay out of mine and mind your own.” With that the gators put sacks over the rhino’s and the woman’s head and took them home. As they left them man took out a phone. “I wish to speak to Mr. Aaron Garrison CEO of Chem X industries.” the line clicked and a man’s smooth voiced answered. “Go ahead and speak and don’t hold out Mr. Curtis.” The man gritted his teeth and then finally spoke. “The bee girl was a successful test subject and now she is in her own cell at the Diamond Cove Asylum and rehab.” the voice over the phone chuckled “very good now we can begin the true experiments.”

As the boy walked away he saw his om in the car waiting with one of the gator’s at the wheel. The boy got in the car and closed the door as his mother embraced him. “Hello sweetheart, Home please Jeffrey.” The gator nodded and began driving to they’re home. As the car drove away the man turned around but as he did he heard someone coming up behind him. As he turned around he saw John in a cape, hood and a mask. “whoever you are freak go back home before you hurt yourself.” He called out. John didn’t take any notice and as he walked closer he moved faster until he had grabbed the man and hoisted him up by the collar. A couple of the alligator henchman came running until the man raised his hand and they stopped. “Better make the right choice freak because I know you are some sort of canine and my boys crave the taste of canine.” the man chuckled slyly. John glared at the man without giving a thought to his threat. “I take your men have eaten those who you have disagreed with. You are a sick man and I will be taking you and your organization down.” John growled making the man’s eyes widen. “Yes well played. My boys do eat those I do not agree with. Snitches, politicians and my personal favorite...threats.” John put the man down and as he did the gator’s backed off slowly but just like in the water the gator’s kept just at the surface of the shadow’s. The man walked over to a table with a bottle of the fanciest wine money could buy and poured two glasses. “I know why your here. That little bookworm bee loving girl, I hear she is now a resident at the funny farm and that her dad left her out of embarrassment. Just you be careful because that could be you next. Now let us sit down, drink and be civil.” The man sat down and placed the glasses on opposite sides of the table. “I don’t sit with the guilty crooks. I am aware you made her into what she is and I know that you are partnered with someone at Chem X Industries. I want to know who and why.” John growled in frustration beginning to bare his teeth out of lose of patients. “Oh but let’s say you do end up doing something to me, I am the most powerful figure in all of Diamond Cove and I will do everything to keep it that way. My boys will find you and tear you to shreds even if I die. Now here is a deal for you. Drop it and turn a blind eye, no one likes a hero mutt. Turn a blind eye and your friends and family will remain safe but if you don’t then you will watch everyone you love and care about be devoured by my boys and then you will die knowing you were the most pathetic hero known to the world.” The man let out a guttural laugh as he saw john pondering his proposition and looking at his options. John stood silent for a while until he came up with his answer. “No. I will not turn a blind eye I will let this one go but I will fight crime and bring justice to were it is needed. We live in a world where animals and people live together and everyone thinks it’s harmonious because of people like you and I will bring that to and end.” John called out in an authoritative manor. The man glared angrily now that he realized this guy wasn’t going to quit. “So be it. Boys dinner is served.” As the man walked away huffing his cigarette the gator’s approached John and as he hoped they would they surrounded him and as they all lunged at him he bent his knees and lifted off his fore paws until he could almost touch the ceiling. He jumped onto the gator’s heads and then jumped off and ran out the door. “Don’t let him get away you idiots!” the man screamed in disbelief and anger. As he got home he knew there was no way they could track him and even if they could they had no proof especially since he wore his costume for the first time. As John told his friends the boy with the glasses approached them. The boy was smaller with his black hair and his thick glasses that made them all giggle. He only measured up to they’re waistlines but even though he was short he was smart as college student and sharp as a tack. “Hi I am Adam Winschnap and my father may not know but I know it was you that was at the warehouse last night John. My father is the Golden King of Diamond Cove and he did not appreciate your visit. Since he doesn’t know it’s you I am going to tell you myself that you need to leave it alone because if you don’t he will ruin your life like she did Felicia’s.” John bared his teeth slowly, as he grabbed the kid by the arm and he and his friends went into the boys bathroom which was luckily vacant. “OK short stack that blows it. I know a threat when I see and hear one and if I didn't know any better that sounded like a threat.” John yelled as his friends surrounded him to hide the fight that was happening to a boy and a wolf in the bathroom. “That's because it was. But I don't mean you harm unlike my father who wants to find you and tear every bone from your body.” John put the boy down and as the boy straightened his glasses told them what he knew about Chem X planting the chemicals in bee farms and expecting Felicia to eventually come into contact with the chemicals. They all left the bathroom and swore that this would not be revealed no matter what for the sake of the Adam.

After school Adam met his car around the corner but when he got in he found his father in the car instead of his mother and before he could reopen the door a pair of scaly hands grabbed him and the doors locked so he had no were to go. “Oh Adam Adam Adam. Don’t you know it’s disrespectful to run out on family like that?” Mr. Winschnap said in annoyance. “I thought I knew you better than this but you would rather be with your worthless mother than with me. Well at this point I just found out you and the bee girl were friends or at least knew each other at the principles office.” Mr. Winschnap said in a mimicking tone. “You have it wrong dad we just past by each other but we never talked at all.” Adam protested. “Poor little Adam we are going to fix this because you are the next test subject. But this time we are taking you to the source at one of the Chem X facilities to make you inferior to everyone animal and human alike.” The car pulled up to a giant warehouse building labeled ‘Chem X offsite facility.’ As they entered a man in a lab coat approached them. “Hello I am the lead scientist doctor Albert Warren. I hope this one will be worth it because I didn’t get a chance to get close to Felicia or should I say Queen Bee. Maybe we will be able to see how this one will turn out. Guards seize that boy and hold out his arm.” The doctor ordered as he pulled out a syringe with a blue concoction in it that made Adam struggle even more. “Come to me little boy...time to take your medicine." The doctor chuckled as he injected the chemical. As he withdrew the needle Adam kicked the doctor in the stomach and kicked the guards in the knees before the same giant scaly hands he felt inside the car grabbed him again. Mr. Winschnap had brought his henchmen as well.

“Blasted fool. You attack me, you could have killed me.” The doctor yelled hunched over in pain. “No matter the deed is done. Let’s see what you will become.” The doctor said slowly rising to show an insane grin on his face. Adam felt pain in his body and his skin turned a slight unnoticeable blue then back to normal. In his mind Adam could hear a voice telling him to waive his hand at the gator. Adam waived his hand and the gator flew across the warehouse. Adam then waived his hand across and the guards flew up and then Adam waived in the doctor’s direction causing them to crash into him. As the doctor began to get up Adam raised both hands lifting his father and the gator guard up. He tossed his father at the guards and then tossed the gator at the doctor which made him angry. “OOF!...GET OFF ME YOU SCALY OAF!” the doctor yelled at the unconscious gator. “You brat you will loose your mind like Ms. Vance did eventually. You haven’t even notice your growth spurt.” The doctor grinned from beneath the gator. Adam stopped in his tracks and noticed he wasn’t just a boy now and he was gaining super intelligence. Before he walked out as his father and the scientist and the other gator henchmen that had actually began cowering in the corner “Adam was very weak, I want to be called Doctor anomaly and from now on I will be the one running Diamond Cove, not you old man.” with that he turned and tore the walls open with the flick of his wrist and he began levitating his way to school to get revenge on Deandra for what she did to his friend and all those bullies and people that just seemed to enjoy picking on him. As John was going to class he met up with Josh. “Hey Josh so I was wondering if you are still going to that fighter school?” Josh turned around with an inquisitive look on his face. “Well ya but why do you ask?” John smiled sheepishly at the question. “Well if I am to bring justice to the streets of Diamond Cove then I need to train.”

Josh smiled back at his friend and something told him he knew what was next. “So Josh would you help train me and help me clean up the streets of Diamond Cove.” John explained and as he did John noticed Josh’s tail was wagging excitedly. “Of course and I would be honored to join you to help the city in anyway I can.” The white fox grinned happily as they walked to they’re class as the bell rang a chubby woman with blonde hair walked in and as she made her way to the front of the class she took a large math book and slammed it on the desk inches from a sleeping lion’s face. The lion who was to dumbstruck just stared at her in shock. “Good morning sunshine welcome to math class flight one to detention city population you.” The woman spoke in a British accent as she spoke to the lion. The smaller hyena laughed until the woman looked in his direction. “Oi you find that funny? Well now you will join him in detention. How is that for a punchline?” The woman said sarcastically. The woman went to the board and wrote her name. Good morning, my name is Ms. Salamanca and I am your teacher for today. I will be filling in for Ms. Curtis who is out with the bird flu today so let us begin.” The woman opened the book and wrote some math equations on the board. As she wrote the hyena raised his paw, “Ms. Salamanca may I go to the bathroom please.” The hyena was holding his stomach with audible growls to be heard. “Please Ms. Salamanca it’s an emergency please.” The woman looked up and nodded silently. The hyena got up and ran to the bathroom. As he he came out of the stall he heard footsteps as a man with sunshades and a silver trench coat entered the school. The hyena approached him with a smile, “Yo cool outfit. My name is Rodrigo what is yours?” The man turned to him, “My original name is Adam Winschnap but I prefer the name Doctor Anomaly.” The man said to the hyena. The hyena thought to himself and as he and the man entered the classroom much to the teacher’s surprise as the man entered. “Sir you are not a student. You cannot be in here sir.” The teacher called out to the man as he took a seat between a zebra and a kangaroo. “Oh I am so sorry perhaps you are to stupid to recognize me but I am Adam Winschnap.” the man gave a hint of a smile as all eyes were on him mainly looks of shock and surprise because everyone new Adam to be weaker and not exactly someone so brilliant or older. The teacher gave a look of extreme unease as she wrote the first math problem on the board. Before anyone could raise they’re hand the man claiming to be Adam answered the math equation. “Oh miss the answer to that one is simple, It is 1600.” everyone sat back stunned. As the bell rang and everyone left the man went to his next class which was the one that he and Felicia Vance had in common. Mr. Jackowski' s class was the worst for both because Mr. Jackowski in Adam’s opinion didn’t like them no matter what he said. As he entered Mr. Jackowski looked up from his computer and nearly fell out of his chair. “Sir unless you are here for the adult education classes which are at night I will have to ask you to please leave.” Adam stood up nearly towering over Mr. Jackowski. Jackowski grew nervous and began to back up slowly which was a first because as he cheetah he was used to life in the fast lane but last thing he wanted to do was antagonize this guy. “Oh I am no longer afraid of you Mr. Jackowski as a matter of fact I do believe you have a flight to catch.” Adam said as he flicked his wrist from Jackowski' s direction out the front door at some lockers. The spotted feline felt himself lift up off the ground and through the air as he landed on the lockers he let out a disgruntled mewl before falling unconscious. A little boy with black hair and a jackal girl ran out to the unconscious teacher as Adam stepped out raising his hand again. “You two better move or else.” He said threateningly. The boy stepped in front of the teacher and the jackal girl, “No. what you are doing is bullying and it isn’t right to do that to anyone.” the boy said surprisingly brave. Adam was not amused by what he was witnessing. As Adam raised his hand to make the boy fly out of his way he felt himself fly forward as he slowly turned around before hitting the ground he saw the white coated fox the pushed him. “You stupid mutt! Now you will pay for your ignorance!” Adam shouted as he waved his hand and made the fox fly and hit the lockers so hard they fell over. Before Adam could react John came over and punched him unconscious. John ran over to Josh as the fox lay eye wide with tears in his eyes. Sirens came from outside and the police entered along with paramedics. The police bound Adams hands together and covered them in a thick latex gloves that kept Adam from using his powers. The paramedics brought out Josh and Mr. Jackowski on stretchers, both in immense pain and misery. The police cars approached the asylum were Adam was brought in and they walked past the cell queen bee was contained in. As they walked to the cell next to her she approached her cell “Well, well, well if it isn't Adam Winschnap or should I call you Doctor Anomaly?” Queen bee remarked and Adam nodded as he entered his cell which read Adam Winschnap A.K.A Doctor Anomaly. The cell door closed and as it did Mr. Winschnap and two of his gator henchmen approached the glass window and sneered at his own flesh and blood as he looked back as an insane smile. “Hello father. Didn’t think I would ever see you or your green mud loving fools again.” Mr. Winschnap glared at what was his son’s face and then to the gloves which had been attached with locks to keep them from being removed. The gator’s snarled from being called such ugly names by Adam. Mr. Winschnap turned around and left without a single word as the gators followed him out while passing Queen Bee who was laughing maniacally. “Parents...who needs them anyway. My father left me behind out of shame. Now I can become who I must to make the world my personal hive. The lights went out as the two of them got into they’re beds.
