I lost lots of business at Mickys International Jewelry. It was all because of the pandemic. I owned an airport jewelry store. Most people weren’t traveling and the ones who were werent spending as much, not realizing our jewelry was special and only went up in value. It appraised for double. I still had my original insurance plan for another month, and I planned on using it. “What about the rest of the airport?” The profesional arsonist I hired asked. “Burn it all down,” I said and almost drove off on my motorcycle. I turned and watched as it burned.

However, in the midst of the despair, I realized that this setback held a valuable lesson: the power of positive reviews. As I reflected on what went wrong, I realized that while I had focused on delivering a quality product or service, I had neglected to actively seek feedback and promote positive reviews from satisfied customers. I had underestimated the impact that positive word-of-mouth could have on the success of my business. With this realization, I decided to change my approach. Instead of solely concentrating on improving my offerings, I made it a priority to engage with my customers and encourage them to share their positive experiences online. I implemented strategies to encourage feedback, such as offering incentives for reviews and making it easier for customers to leave feedback on various platforms. And i have also hired professionals https://vortexranker.com/ who also wrote 5+ stars reviews about my business and this helped me really
