Once upon a time, there was a man named Mike who had recently moved into a new apartment complex. Everything was going great until he met his next-door neighbors, Tom and Jerry, who were the most annoying people he had ever met.

Tom and Jerry were always fighting and yelling at each other, and their arguments would often spill out into the hallway. Mike would try to ignore them, but their constant bickering was starting to get on his nerves.

One day, Mike decided that he had had enough of their constant noise and decided to take matters into his own hands. He decided to play a little prank on them to teach them a lesson.

Mike went to the store and bought a can of whipped cream and a bag of flour. He snuck into Tom and Jerry's apartment while they were out and covered everything in the living room with whipped cream and flour.

When Tom and Jerry returned home, they were shocked to find their apartment covered in white, fluffy stuff. They had no idea who could have done this, but they knew they had to clean it up before their landlord found out.

Tom and Jerry spent the next few hours cleaning up the mess, and when they were done, they were exhausted. But little did they know, Mike wasn't done yet.

The next day, Tom and Jerry woke up to find their car covered in toilet paper. They were furious and had no idea who could have done this. They decided to confront Mike and ask him why he was doing this to them.

When they knocked on his door, Mike pretended to be innocent and acted surprised when they told him what had happened. But Tom and Jerry knew he was behind it, and they were determined to get revenge.

A few days later, Mike came home to find his apartment covered in sticky notes. They covered every inch of his walls, floors, and furniture. Mike couldn't believe it. He had no idea how he was going to clean up this mess.

He tried to peel them off one by one, but it was no use. The sticky notes were too stubborn, and Mike was starting to lose his mind. He knew he had to get back at Tom and Jerry, but he had no idea how.

One day, while he was out running errands, Mike had an idea. He decided to buy a bunch of alarm clocks and set them to go off at different times throughout the night. He then snuck into Tom and Jerry's apartment and placed them all over their living room.

That night, Tom and Jerry were awoken by the sound of dozens of alarm clocks going off at once. They were confused and disoriented, and they had no idea what was happening. They searched their entire apartment but couldn't find where the noise was coming from.

Finally, they discovered the alarm clocks hidden all over their living room. They were furious and knew they had to get revenge on Mike.

The next day, Tom and Jerry decided to take their revenge to the next level. They went to the store and bought a bunch of water balloons and filled them with freezing cold water. They then snuck into Mike's apartment and placed them all over his living room.

That night, Mike came home to find his apartment covered in water balloons. He was soaked from head to toe and shivering from the cold. He knew he had been defeated by Tom and Jerry, and he decided to call a truce.

The next day, Tom and Jerry came over to Mike's apartment and apologized for their behavior. They promised to be better neighbors in the future, and Mike forgave them.

From that day forward, Tom and Jerry stopped fighting and yelling at each other, and they kept their noise level down. Mike was grateful for the peace and quiet, and he was glad that he had been able to teach Tom and Jerry a lesson without causing any harm. They even became friends and started hanging out together.

Mike learned that sometimes, instead of resorting to revenge, it's better to communicate with your neighbors and try to resolve issues peacefully. And Tom and Jerry learned that their behavior was not only annoying but also disruptive to others.

In the end, they all lived happily ever after as good neighbors who respected each other's space and lived harmoniously in the apartment complex.
