A woman's bond with her fitness instructor is explored during a late night encounter

On a Saturday night, Pauline Forbes was pacing nervously. A moment she had been waiting for had finally happened; the very person who she had a crush on, finally asked her out on a date. It was three months prior that Pauline stated taking fitness classes, which were led by Lauren Harlan--the very woman who captured Pauline's affections.

Pauline entered the class as a way of dealing with the aftermath of being attacked, and she didn't expect to find love with anyone, much less her instructor. Though Pauline's feelings were kept to herself, Lauren approached Pauline hours prior to this very moment, and that's when Pauline heard the words.

"I want to get to know you more. Meet me at the park later tonight. A nice romantic setting, with a beautiful full moon."

While Pauline was elated that Lauren set a date, those last two words made Pauline nervous: full moon. There was a full moon when Pauline was attacked. And she knew what attacked her--it was a werewolf. Pauline's been transforming ever since, but that secret remained hidden, at least it was hidden. She couldn't face Lauren, but she also didn't want to stand her up. So many things went through her mind as she waited at the nearby park, which was uninhabited late at night. Pauline figured that she could call Lauren and make up an excuse to leave after waiting a while, but she started screaming in pain, as the full moon had risen.

Pauline's screams eventually became snarls once her fangs came in, and afterwards, she sprouted fur that matched her reddish-brown hair. Pauline displayed claws and animalistic yellow eyes, and within moments, the transformed female werewolf hybrid suddenly gave a loud howl, while her worries over her date started to consume her.

"Beautiful."

Pauline suddenly heard Lauren's voice nearby, which made Pauline a bit nervous, as she feared Lauren's reaction.

"Don't turn around just yet, Pauline," Lauren said softly. "I don't want this surprise to be spoiled."

"What do you mean?" asked Pauline. "Why aren't you running away?"

"Silly girl," Lauren said with a slight snarl in her voice. "Why would I run from you? The moon is so beautiful, and so are you. You're everything I expected." Lauren started caressing Pauline, who noticed that Lauren's arms were covered with white fur and had sharp claws. Pauline turned around and saw Lauren snarling at her and revealing her werewolf form, which included a familiar attribute.

"Those eyes," said Pauline. "You attacked me that night."

"I wanted a mate," Lauren said with a sly smile, "and you're so perfect." Lauren suddenly kissed Pauline, who happily reciprocated. Pauline not only had answers regarding her attack, she also knew why she was drawn to Lauren, and both women happily howled to celebrate their romantic and supernatural bond.

"Thank you so much, Lauren," said Pauline. "I never expected any of this, and now, it's become something wonderful. I love you so much."

"I love you, too," Lauren said sweetly.
