Danny (pre-law) was the one who suggested the heist. We gotta top last year’s senior prank.

Avram's Dad works for Singapore Police in the theft and fraud division. Low crime doesn’t mean no crime. Last week, the police intercepted an illegal shipment brought in from Malaysia, racking up several high-profile arrests in the process. The contraband is sitting in the police evidence room until the trial.

Rizwan (pre-business) is sceptical. In front of the whole assembly? You siao ah? We’ll get arrested!

Danny’s showing off. Dude, it’s not illegal to use in Singapore, just illegal to sell.

Rizwan finally agrees, mostly because the teens can’t think of anything else.

Avram (pre-IT) doesn’t want to be the uncool one. He borrows the family car on Sunday and copies his dad’s keys. Late that night, the teens break into the police evidence room which lies in an unmanned building in a quiet corner of the New Phoenix Park complex.

On graduation day, Rizwan and Avram are nervous, but Danny’s relaxed. Just follow my lead.

As the boys file up on stage to receive their diploma, Danny brazenly pops a bubble.

The headmistress is shocked. Is that chewing gum??!!
