A silent journey

The train’s roar along the tracks, its rhythmic vibrations reproducing through the carriages, creating a melodic harmony. The train's interior containing plush seats and polished surfaces. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm pastries from the dining car wafted through the air, enticing passengers with the promise of a comforting break.

As the train rattled along, Mr. Ivan's stomach growled loudly, much to his embarrassment.

Trying to hide his embarrassment, he pretended to cough, hoping to drown out the sound. However, his coughs only seemed to amplify the growls, making it even more conspicuous.

The passengers looked each other and try to hide their laughter. His face turned as red as a tomato as he tried to relax glance around, pretending it wasn't him.

But fate had more laughs in store for him. Just as he thought the worst was over, the train hit a particularly bumpy stretch of tracks. The sudden jolt caused Mr. Ivan's newspaper to fly out of his hands and land directly on a fellow passenger's face.

The entire carriage erupted in laughter, including the person who was hit by him, apologized and retrieved his newspaper while the passengers continued to chuckle.

From that moment on, Mr. Ivan became the poor star of the train journey.
