A Night to Remember
A Night to Remember

The evening air was cool as the gentle hum of the city drifted through the open window. Waheed and his girlfriend sat close on the small couch, their hands intertwined. The soft glow of fairy lights in the corner bathed the room in a warm, golden hue, making everything feel just right.
They had been together for a while, sharing countless laughs, conversations, and moments that strengthened their bond. Tonight felt different—a deeper connection seemed to linger in the air, unspoken but understood by both.
Waheed turned to her, brushing a strand of hair from her face. “Are you okay?” he asked softly, sensing the flutter of emotions behind her gaze.
She gave a small, nervous smile. "I am, with you."
He leaned in, their lips meeting in a kiss that felt tender yet electric. It wasn’t rushed—just an expression of everything they’d felt for each other but hadn’t yet put into words. As the kiss deepened, Waheed could feel her heartbeat align with his, a silent rhythm echoing the shared moment between them.
Time seemed to slow as they moved to the bed, each touch intentional, each glance reassuring. Waheed paused briefly, wanting to make sure she was comfortable. “We don’t have to—”
She silenced him with a soft kiss. “I want this. With you.”
They embraced, wrapped in the warmth of trust and love. Every movement felt natural, guided by emotion rather than expectation. The world outside faded, leaving only the two of them in their little bubble, where nothing else mattered.
Later, as they lay tangled in each other’s arms, the night sky casting soft shadows on the walls, Waheed whispered, “Thank you for trusting me.”
Her fingers traced lazy patterns on his chest. "I'm glad it was with you," she whispered back, her voice filled with sincerity.
They drifted off to sleep, knowing this night was the beginning of something even deeper—a bond that would carry them through the highs and lows, built on trust, respect, and love.
