It was a cold and snowy day in December when Caroline first laid eyes on Jack. She had been out shopping for Christmas gifts at the mall and was rushing to get home before the roads got any worse. As she was rushing past a coffee shop, the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the warm glow from inside caught her attention. She decided to pop in to warm up and grab a cup before continuing on her way.
