A Hustlin’ Hitman

“Ten thousand, right?” The woman asked as she and the darkly dressed man stared at her husband’s body below them.

“Twenty.” The hitman replied calmly.

“What? We never discussed-“ the woman choked out a yelp as the muffled click of the gun went off twice. Eyes frozen wide, blood pooled beneath her once she collapsed.

The hitman took a step back as one body groaned. The man stood, spitting fake blood on his wife’s lifeless body.

“I threw in a tip for ya.” The man handed the twenty-five thousand wad of cash to the hitman as both men chuckled.
