Chapter 1

By Crystal BowiePublished 4 years ago 3 min read

One day Amy woke up and decided that she wanted to do something different with her life. She wanted to be different. Everyone around her had something going on in their life and she decided it was time for her to have something but what. She lived by herself in a two-bedroom condo with her dog named max in Napa, CA. Amy didn't have a job because she had inherited money from her father when he passed away so she spent most of time out shopping or going out with her friends. Amy got up and picked out what she wanted to wear for the day. She had picked out a pink pleated skirt and a white crop top to wear. She turned on the radio so she could get into the groove for the day and then she hopped in the shower. No more than two minutes later her phone started to ring but she was not about to hop out all wet to get her phone so they would have to wait. Once she got out of the shower she went and checked her phone to see who had called. It was mark a guy that she had been conversating with for a while. Mark was a nice guy and he worked at one of the biggest law firms in the area. Amy had met mark in the grocery store one day when she was going to grab a few items for dinner and she had mistakenly bumped into him. Amy was so embarrassed she didn't know what to do. He was tall and handsome and she was just amazed to see this beautiful man. She immediately started apologizing and mark just giggled and said "no need to be sorry it must be my day to run into someone so beautiful like you" mark had Amy in a daze after that. They exchanged numbers and have been talking every day since. So far, they have gone on three dates and everyone of they left Amy fawning over this man. Amy called mark back and he wanted said he just wanted to check on her and hear her voice. He was so sweet and Amy really liked him but she didn't want to make it official just yet because she still wanted to be able to see other people and live her life how she wanted to. She was only twenty-three and mark fully understood that. He was twenty-seven so he was still in the stage also trying to figure out life when it came to dating. After Amy got off the phone with mark, she called her friend Rose so that they could meet up and have brunch. Rose was always down to ride. Amy Finished getting dressed and sprayed on her Chanel perfume she had bought. It smelled so good and she knew when she walked by, she would catch some eyes looking. Amy headed downstairs to her parking spot and hopped in her white Mercedes AMG . Amy was a classy woman so she made sure she kept herself up and that she was riding in something nice. Amy's phone connected to her car and she started playing her favorite song Gorilla Glow FNF. Amy pulled out of her parking spot and began heading to the bar. Rose Had already arrive at the bar and had gotten a table for them to sit at. Amy pulled up and was jamming to her music and almost passed her turn. She pulled in and found a parking spot and got out. As soon as Amy was about to walk into the bar, she spotted a beautiful woman. Amy liked to indulge in dating women also and this woman was like a copy and paste of Rihanna. The woman had also spotted Amy as well and Amy asked her name. It was Fiona. Amy invited Fiona to join her and rose for drinks. They both walked inside to Find Rose.
