Stef never thought he'd be taking this walk.
He was so nervous, even though this wasn't the first time he walked up here and stood in front of this crowd. Perhaps it was because she was in the audience.
Tanya always made his heart race; every time she walked in the room or texted him or smiled. God, he was addicted to her smiles. They always brighten his days, especially when he started on this journey.
Stef faced the crowd, searching for that smile to center him.
I'm so proud of you. Tears dripped down her face as she mouthed the words.
"Hi, I'm Stef, and I'm one hundred and eighty three days sober. Today's the day I finally get my six month sobriety chip."

I love the story this tells. 💖
I love that you used the word "addicted" to describe his love of her smile. Makes his sobriety feel a bit more nuanced, like he might have replaced her as his addiction. It's a fantastic addition of depth. Congratulations on your win, Alexandria!!
Well deserved win!🤩 A beautiful tale!💙

Powerful, great job in so small a space. You should be proud of this one.
Such a beautiful micro, Alexandria!! The curiosity built so beautifully as did Stef and Tanya’s relationship. You did so much with so few words!
