The Pleasantness Off The Tears Of Clouds

The Beauty Of Rain And Thunder

By A Legions Lifestyle Published 3 years ago 3 min read

The sky was gray and heavy with clouds, and the air was thick with the promise of rain. The trees swayed in the gentle breeze, and the sound of leaves rustling was the only noise to be heard.

As the clouds grew darker and more ominous, the first drops of rain began to fall. They were large and heavy, and they fell with a satisfying pitter-patter on the roof of the house. Soon, the rain was coming down in sheets, and the sound of the water hitting the ground was like music to the ears.

Inside the house, a family of three was enjoying the peaceful sound of the rain. The mother was sitting in her favorite armchair, reading a book, while the father was napping on the couch. Their daughter, a young girl with curly hair and bright eyes, was sitting at the window, watching the rain with wonder.

As the rain continued to fall, the thunder began to roll in. The sound was low and deep at first, like a distant drumbeat. But as it grew closer, it became louder and more powerful, shaking the windows and rattling the furniture.

The little girl jumped at the sound of the thunder, but her parents reassured her that there was nothing to be afraid of. They told her that the thunder was just the sound of the clouds moving, and that it was a natural part of the rainstorm.

As the storm continued, the family snuggled up together in the living room. They listened to the rain and thunder, and they talked about all the different things they liked about the storm. The mother talked about how the rain made everything look so green and lush, and the father talked about how he loved the sound of the thunder. The little girl talked about how the rain made everything smell fresh and clean.

As the storm raged on, the family decided to do something special. They put on their rain jackets and boots, grabbed an umbrella, and ventured out into the storm. The rain was coming down so hard that they could barely see in front of them, but they laughed and splashed in the puddles as they made their way down the street.

The little girl was having the time of her life, jumping in puddles and twirling her umbrella. She had never felt so alive and so free. She looked up at the sky and watched as lightning flashed across the clouds, illuminating the world in a bright, white light.

After a while, the family returned home, soaked to the bone but happy and content. They changed into dry clothes and made hot chocolate, sitting around the kitchen table and listening to the rain continue to fall outside.

As the night wore on, the storm began to dissipate. The rain slowed to a gentle patter, and the thunder became less frequent. The family decided to go to bed, but before they did, they went outside one last time to watch the storm.

The rain had stopped completely by this point, and the clouds had parted to reveal a bright, full moon. The sky was clear and filled with stars, and the air was cool and crisp. The family stood together in silence, taking in the beauty of the world around them.

As they went to bed that night, the family felt at peace. They had experienced the power and majesty of a thunderstorm, and they had come away from it feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. They knew that there would be more storms in the future, but they also knew that they would always have each other to share the experience with.
