Siriah was a single mother of two young children, who changed employment frequently because of the fact that, she was either doing temporary work, or independent contractor assignments. When it was a permanent, full-time position, the minute she had gotten acquainted with everyone on the job and they fell in love with her, she would have to quit, due to lacking childcare for the young ones. The elimination of jobs, meant that money was very low. This left Siriah visiting food pantries, losing apartments, living in shelters, receiving food stamps, etc. All of this, just to turn around and get another job, and lose it again.
She constantly brandished her little black notebook wherever she would go, because it was essential to have when departing the house. This, of course, is on top of her carrying a purse that usually has her identification, keys, and money in it. In addition to it being the historic method of note taking, as opposed to a tablet or a phone for digital task storing, this (5.25 in x 8.5 in signature black book - also known as, NoBo) made miracles and supplied blessings; it goes everywhere she goes. If she is leaving home, drives off, looks to her passenger seat where the black book usually sits, protected by her cream, two-trapped shoulder bag, and it isn’t there. She turns back home.
NoBo, is similar to that one best friend that you tell all of your thoughts and secrets, and they never tell anyone. The friend who works together with you to ensure that you fulfill your dreams that you manifest.
It started out as a book she would write her grocery list and reminders in. He weekly to dos were also scratched in the pages, as well. The methods for completed tasks were so simple that she began to begin using the book to stay on track with remembering what bills to pay and how much to pay.
After she started to write down how much she needed pay on a bill, on a specific date, she would always noticed that any shortages in the ability to pay a bill would magically come to her in a form another than her paycheck. The first time was when she had to pay her light and gas bill. The light bill was $158 and the gas was $53. She only had enough to pay the light bill. She check the mail the week the bill was due and had a refund check, for overpayment, in the amount of $53. She though, “well, what a coincidence. The it happened another time when she was short on her rent. The rent was $750 per month. Siriah only had $450. She jotted down in sir NoBo and then her application for cash assistance was approved for $300.
Siriah felt like she was blessed with a secret and powerful book, that would her to write down a number and wait for the miracles to pour in. Then there was that one special day when Siriah received $20,000. “Yes, all in one day!” This was the day she really knew the book was powerful; either she was or the book was. She began that day writing $5,000 that morning. She then wrote it again, and again, until it totaled $20,000. This “miracle” came at an expense. It was after Siriah was involved in a car accident as a victim. The payout for damages to her car and body equalled $20,000.
In the end, this Miracle couldn’t have happened to a more needing and appreciating individual. The car accident could have ended badly, but because the book had its own spirit that only allow good things to come of each situation. She happily used the money as a means to pay off any credit debt previously owed, and used the rest for a down payment on a single family home for her and her children.
