Rich and Poor

Story of Rich Dad and poor Dad

By Vocal CreatorPublished 3 years ago 3 min read

Once upon a time, in a small town, there lived two families - one was a wealthy family, and the other was a poor family. The wealthy family had everything they could ever ask for - a luxurious house, expensive cars, and the best education for their children. The poor family, on the other hand, struggled to make ends meet. They lived in a small house, had an old car, and could barely afford basic necessities.

The head of the wealthy family was known as Rich Dad. He was a successful businessman who owned several businesses, and his wealth grew with each passing day. He had a beautiful wife, two children, and a lavish lifestyle. Rich Dad believed that money was the key to happiness, and he did everything he could to accumulate wealth.

The head of the poor family was known as Poor Dad. He was a hardworking man who worked long hours at a factory to provide for his family. He had a loving wife, two children, and a simple lifestyle. Poor Dad believed that hard work was the key to success and that money was not the most important thing in life.

One day, Rich Dad and Poor Dad met at the local park while their children were playing. They started talking, and soon they realized that they had very different views on life. Rich Dad boasted about his wealth and the luxuries he enjoyed, while Poor Dad spoke about the importance of family and happiness.

Rich Dad said, "Money is the most important thing in life. With money, you can buy everything you need, and you can have a comfortable life. You should focus on making money and accumulating wealth. That is the only way to be happy."

Poor Dad replied, "Money is not the most important thing in life. Family, love, and happiness are more important than money. You can be happy even if you don't have a lot of money. Hard work, honesty, and integrity are the keys to success."

Rich Dad was amused by Poor Dad's views and said, "You are living in a dream world. You cannot survive in this world without money. Money is what makes the world go round, and you need to have a lot of it to be successful."

Poor Dad replied, "I understand your point of view, but I still believe that hard work and honesty are more important than money. I may not be wealthy, but I have a happy family and a contented life."

Rich Dad challenged Poor Dad to a bet. He said, "Let's make a bet. I will give you a hundred dollars, and you invest it in the stock market. Let's see who makes more money in a month. If you win, I will donate ten thousand dollars to your favorite charity. But if I win, you will have to work for me for free for a month."

Poor Dad agreed to the bet, and he invested the hundred dollars in a mutual fund. Rich Dad, on the other hand, invested his money in a high-risk stock. For the first few weeks, Rich Dad's stock performed very well, and he made a lot of money. Poor Dad's mutual fund, on the other hand, grew slowly and steadily.

But then, disaster struck. The company in which Rich Dad had invested went bankrupt, and he lost all his money. Poor Dad's mutual fund, on the other hand, continued to grow steadily. At the end of the month, Poor Dad had made a profit of ten dollars, while Rich Dad had lost all his money.

Rich Dad was shocked and could not believe that he had lost the bet. He asked Poor Dad how he had managed to make a profit, and Poor Dad replied, "I invested in a mutual fund, which is a low-risk investment. It may not make a lot of money in a short time.
