Another hodgepodge. This one will likely go way over my baseline of ~700 words, so let's dive right in; shall we?

Voila:

17OCT2021; 2348, SUN

Dear Birthday Girl,

Praying you're well, wealthy, and healthy; with your fine as May wine self. I know that I'm a day late and a dollar short yet again.

However, I just wanted to take a NY min out of my evening to wish you well and inform you that I'm praying you don't hate your gifts. Are the pics a bit self-indulgent and such?

Yes; why, yes they are. Self-evident facts notwithstanding, I'm extremely grateful to have ever known of you even.

Also, if I can somehow prayerfully get back in your good graces and introduce you to my fav Amazing Grace, I'm pretty sure that you two will hit it off without a hitch. At any rate, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers too.

Her sister, Kookaburra, and her, are driving their moms bonkers while I'm away "on Bizz". That's not anything nefarious btw.

Before this turns to another blog post, I'll leave you with this gem: To stay immensely indignant is ideal while in the gym.

P.S.- This is a rough draft because that 0600 First Call comes around quickly. Hope to hear back from you; but either which way, "Stay blessed (and free)!"

P.P.S.- Sincerest apologies about the pic quality (or lack thereof). Prayerfully the journal and postcard are at least somewhat beneficial for you.

If this matter somehow gets me back into your good graces at all, then the self-deprecation will be well worth the trouble or whatnot. Even if it does, tho, [Redacted], I’ll likely never forgive myself for the dismal treatment that I bestowed upon you and yours.

In any event, I’d love to know if you’ve finished Dr. Carter G Woodson’s book and/or anything by James Baldwin. If I don’t hear from you again til my Born Day, I understand completely.

Dear Illie,

I honestly have no idea what I would like to convey to you and Sissy in these cards and gifts. I do know that I was terrified at the thought of y'all somehow not learning how to walk nor talk.

Now, my main fears are that y'all fail to learn bike riding, reading, and/or writing. There was a time that I thought you wouldn't figure out catch also.

However, thx to effort and engagement, y'all two have proven me wrong yet again. Leaving you with this gem: "If you have to believe in something, believe in yourself!"

Dear Kay Bear,

Just the same as the brief note that I moments ago finished writing to Sissy, writer's block impedes. Ironic for me being a so-called blogger.

In any event, I'm mainly hoping to convey to y'all that there's no limit to the positive, lasting, and meaningful impact that you two can have on the world, together. If anyone ever tries to claim you and Illie aren't my all-time fav Younglings; just know that they're lying thru their teeth.

Bear in mind: Soon, y'all will be Padawans, Jedi Knights, and eventually Jedi Masters. Please listen to and respect Mommy.
