A lot of people give moms flowers and gifts on Mother’s Day, but what about the fathers? Dad’s are no joke, after all – there are billions of them around the world, but my dad is special because he is always there for me when I need him! This Father’s Day, let’s take some time to recognize our hard-working dads and show them how much we love them by showing them how to use technology so they can get more out of their gadgets!

Defining A Dad

I can tell you what my dad isn’t; he isn’t your typical blue-collar father. I think we sometimes assume that dads are these hard working guys that put in a lot of hours to provide for their families and may not get to spend as much time with their kids as they would like. And while my dad is a very hard worker, he also makes sure he spends plenty of time with his family. He doesn’t just work to provide for us; he works because he loves it. He loves being able to do something that is both challenging and rewarding at the same time. If anything, I think my dad has taught me how important it is to have balance in life. You don’t have to be super rich or live an extravagant lifestyle; you just need to make sure you make time for what matters most – family, friends, etc... My dad is no joke! Happy Father’s Day! In honor of Father’s Day, here are some reasons why dads are no joke:

1) They teach you about sacrifice.

2) They teach you about humor.

3) They protect and care for those they love.

4) They try to impart wisdom when possible (whether or not they succeed).

5) They know that there is more than one way to accomplish something.

6) A good father will always make time for his children.

I Am as Son

Fathers have an important role in shaping their children’s lives and character. Although every father has his own way of showing it, fathers love their children unconditionally. Because being a dad is a serious responsibility, I honor my father on Father’s Day. My father taught me how to be responsible for myself, how to work hard for what I want and not give up when things get tough. My father showed me that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. My father also showed me that there are consequences for everything we do—good or bad—and sometimes those consequences are painful but they teach us valuable lessons we can use later in life. On Father’s Day, I am thankful for my father because he made me who I am today. I know he will always be there for me no matter what happens. He may not always tell me what I want to hear, but he always tells me what I need to hear. And even though Father’s Day is about celebrating fathers, it should really be about celebrating all parents because raising kids isn’t easy and it takes both parents working together as a team to make sure our kids grow up right. When I become a father one day, I hope to be just like my father and raise my kids with love and respect. Happy Father’s Day!

What My Dad Gave Me That Isn't Materialistic

I've noticed that a lot of people focus on giving their fathers gifts for Father's Day. I'll be doing that too, but what I'm most excited about is spending time with my dad. My dad isn't some huge billionaire or anything like that, but he does something much more important than making money. He has given me many valuable lessons and helped me become who I am today. So to spend time with him on Father's Day will be worth far more than any materialistic gift could ever be worth. It might sound cheesy, but it's true.

What My Dad Taught Me That Has Helped Me Succeed In Life: One thing my dad taught me was how to handle stress in a healthy way. Whenever I get stressed out over school or work, he tells me not to worry because there are so many other things in life that are worse than whatever is stressing you out right now. It may sound like common sense, but it has helped me cope with stressful situations and think rationally about them. If it weren't for him teaching me that lesson when I was younger, I probably would have had a lot more issues dealing with stress later on in life. What I Learned From My Father About Being A Good Person: Another important lesson my father taught me was how to be a good person. He always told me that if someone asks you for something, give it to them if you can spare it. Even if they don't ask for anything, just do nice things for people whenever possible. It doesn't take much effort and can make someone else's day much better. Most importantly, though, treat everyone equally no matter who they are. We're all human beings at our core and deserve to be treated as such. Whether we're talking about race, gender, sexuality or any other factor that separates us from one another, we should all strive to see each other as equals and never judge others based on what makes them different from us.

What I'm Most Grateful For: As Father's Day approaches, I'm most grateful for my father because of everything he has done for me throughout my life. I know that sounds cheesy again but it's true! Without his guidance and support growing up (and still today), who knows where I'd be?
