How an airplane ride changed my Perspective of life
In this blog, I will tell you a little story that gave me a lifelong lesson.

I was boarding a flight to attend a cousin's wedding in a distant city. Regardless of the countless flights I had taken before, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as I settled into my seat. Little did I know that this particular airplane ride would teach me an invaluable lesson about the importance of life and the people in it.
As the plane took off, I glanced around and observed my fellow passengers. A young couple was sitting across the aisle, whispering sweet nothings to each other as they held hands. A few rows ahead, a mother was gently rocking her baby to sleep, while an elderly man nearby was engrossed in a book. Each person on that plane had their own story, their journey, and their destination.
An hour and a half into the flight, the captain announced that we were about to encounter some turbulence due to an unexpected storm. As the plane began to shake the atmosphere inside the cabin shifted from calm to tense. Passengers exchanged worried glances, gripping their armrests tightly as the turbulence intensified.
It was during these nerve-wracking moments that I noticed something remarkable. The young couple, who had previously been lost in their world, now reached out to comfort the frightened elderly woman sitting next to them. The mother with the baby offered reassuring smiles to those around her, despite her anxiety. Even the elderly man, who had been so absorbed in his book, began to engage in conversation with his seatmate to distract them from the unsettling situation.
As the turbulence subsided and a collective sigh of relief spread throughout the cabin, I couldn't help but reflect on the events that had just unfolded. In the face of adversity, these strangers had come together, offering support and comfort to one another. It was a powerful reminder that, despite our journeys, we are all interconnected and rely on each other in times of need.
The remainder of the flight passed uneventfully, and as we prepared to land, I felt a renewed appreciation for the people in my life. The experience taught me that life is fragile and unpredictable, and it's the connections we make with others that truly matter. I made a silent promise to myself that I would cherish the relationships I had and make an effort to forge new ones, knowing that it's the people in our lives who help us weather the storms.
Upon arriving at my cousin's wedding, I embraced her tightly, grateful for the opportunity to celebrate such a joyous occasion with her. As I looked around the room, I saw the love and support of friends and family gathered together, and I was reminded once again of the importance of life and the people in it.
From that day forward, I carried the lessons from that airplane ride with me, cherishing the connections I had and fostering new ones. It was a journey that made me realize that the people I have in my life make my life worth living. I will always cherish that airplane ride.
In conclusion, life is full of amazing experiences, lessons, and adventures. Now that I think about it I had so many events in my life that had hidden lessons but could not find them. From the day in the airplane, I made another promise to try and learn from everything that takes place in my life.
