1. Braised shrimp

Material:

Fresh shrimp 250 grams, green onion, ginger each amount, green, red pepper shreds a few roots.

Material:

6. Saute dried eggplant strips

1. Soak dried eggplant strips for 1-2 hours, remove them and set aside.

2. Stir fry with garlic, shredded carrot and eggplant.

3. Add shallots, soy sauce, sesame oil and a little salt. Stir fry and remove from the pan.

Add the scallions last to maintain freshness and color.
