This is a little different experience than Molly has experienced before. Her family is the Bobby

family which includes the parents, Linda and Larry, who were photographers, and Molly's twin

Mark. It's been raining for days. So everybody was stuck indoors. So Molly's mom thought she

would take the kids rolling skating. The twins grabbed their skates and went skating. Everything

was so much fun. When they got home they walked into the garage and heard barking. They

looked around and never saw anything. Molly helped her mom make dinner and Mark set the

table. Then when the twins were sleeping they heard the barking again. Molly got out of bed, put

on her slippers, put her bathrobe on, grabbed her flashlight, and followed the barking to the

garage. She went in and the barking stopped. She looked everywhere and saw nothing. Then

in one corner, there was a dog, very lost, and very scared. Molly loves dogs. She said, "come

here puppy dog I won't hurt you." The dog slowly came out. The dog was medium size thin, it

was brown with white spots. Molly petted the dog. "Where did you come from?" She heard

somebody say I got lost in the rain".

Molly was startled. "Who said that?" she said. Molly realized the dog can talk. Molly told the dog

to "wait here and I'll see if I have any doggy treats." Molly doggie sat for a friend. So ran inside

to see if she had any food left for the dog. Luckily she did. She opened a can of Alpo and placed

a gravy bone in it. She gave it to the dog. The dog was so hungry and gobbled it up. Then she

said, "sweet doggie I need to go back to bed". The doggy replied "thank you so much for the

food and my name is

Buckles ``'' My name is Molly' ' she replied. "I will be back tomorrow and I will help you find your

owners and get you some more food," Molly said "good night buckles." The next day Molly went

out to see Buckles. She gently woke him up. Molly said, " the rain should stop today." We will try

to find your owners, Molly said." Molly told her mom and Dad about the dog and her plan. Since

her parents are photographers they took pictures of the dog. Molly and her brother made

posters with pictures of the dog. They posted them everywhere. After several weeks a limo

pulled up to the house. The dog heard the car and started barking. He recognized the sound. A

tall lady with a beautiful bright red dress, jewelry, and amazing shoes came to the door. The

mom, Linda, answered the door. "May I help you?" Sorry to disturb you but I saw a poster. You

found a dog? " the woman replied. By this time Molly heard the woman and came to the door.

"You are looking for a dog? "Molly asked with tears in her eyes. The woman said, "oh yes my

girl, I miss him?" So Molly walked the woman to the garage. As soon as the dog started to bark

and jump for joy. "My boy you're ok, mommy is here. Thank you for taking care of my baby. "

She went to pay Molly. Then Molly said "no payment is necessary." The woman did say "well I

hope you come to visit the dog. I live a block away. so close" Molly said "Absolutely " Then Molly

went a few times to feed, walk and play with the dog. You never know what will happen for

Molly. Full of surprises.
