It was the early morning of monday around eight o clock.

Mama - boy what are you looking so nervous for?, ain't you ready for school?

Son- yeah mama, i'm good, don't worry about taking me,kevin and the guys are going to pick me up today.

mama- alright you be good son and stay out of trouble,love you(mama hugs kevin and locks the door behind him)

Ajay- wassup mama’s boy, you ready to go for a ride?

elijah - not even a ride , were going on an adventure

(kevin opens the door to the black truck that they all would be riding in today)

Kevin - wassup zay

Kevin- aye yall why zay always so quiet ?

Ajay- so you know that girl princess who goes to our school?

(mark was leaving out of the big townhouse with the blue door, making his way the school bus stop, he had on a brown sweater with a blue shirt and jeans with a big gold watch on his wrist)

(zay got out the car first with the gun drawn, pointing at mark from behind)

Zay- wassup now fool, didn’t you want a problem with me and my homies

Ajay - yeah you was all the big protector of little sis yesterday , wassup now

(the second that kevin exits the car, mark draws his gun and boom 1 single shot fired into kevin’s chest, mark runs back in the house.)

(zay fires, but misses as marks skips over the bullet and runs in the house)

Ajay- we got to go , we gotta get out of here

Zay - what this our friend , we can’t leave him

Elijah - no zay we got to go bro

Mark - ma i just got robbed they had a gun

mark’ s mom - what honey are you serious, where are they ?

Mark- they outside, we’ll one of them is

(the police arrived in about five minutes)

Police officer- we have a shot victim

Police officer - stay with me , just breathe son

Kevin - ok i'm breathing, am i going to be ok ? Am I going to live, I'm scared ?

police - your going to be just fine son , we are going to take you to the hospital and call your mother

(kevin was loaded in the back of the ambulance truck)

Kevin - you can’t call my mother, she will be in shock, disappointed, i'm not this type of kid.

Police officer - everything will be just fine son, we are arriving at the hospital in about 5 minutes

Kevin - mark, can you apologize to mark for me

Police- sure thing son , you can do it yourself when your better

(the policeman and kevin arrived at the hospital)

policeman - so before you are seen, I am going to need to do an investigation, you want to tell me officially what happened.

Kevin- yeah, I was just with the wrong crowd at the wrong time.

Policeman- i'm going to need a little bit more than that son

Kevin- i really don’t feel like talking about it, i just made a huge mistake between learning

(kevin starts whimpering)

kevin - did you call my mom

policeman - yeah i contacted her she’s on her way, and kevin, I am happy you learned your lesson son.

(mama walks in the room, crying )

Mama -son why did you lie to me?, you don’t have to go out and do things like that, you know i'm here to support you always

Mama - I understand son, we all make mistakes and I know it can be hard because your dad is gone, but I'm doing the best that I can.

(doctor applies patches and medicine on the wound0

Mama- sure, what's going to happen with my baby?

Doctor - he will be fine, nothing too bad , he just need’s a little surgery to get the bullet out but he will be ok!

Mama- your going to be fine baby

Kevin-i'm going to be ok, i'm going to live.

(Kevin and mama hug and the entire room full of doctor’s nurses mama and the policeman start clapping.)
