Bad To Good

This story is about a girl named Cindy Bell. She is in 5th grade and lives in Georgia. She is full of love and cares a lot about her family, even strangers. She has had a great childhood. Then things take a turn for the worst, but has a happy ending.

Cindy always has been close with her family. Her family has always came first, they have always been there for her. Then Cindy’s mom tells her some heartbreaking news. Her mom tells her that they are moving to Ohio. She would never imagine having to move away.

She goes to her Aunt Wendy’s so they could talk about it. She does everything she can to move in with her aunt so she doesn’t have to move out of state. Even though her aunt hated the idea also, she convinced Cindy that it could be fun, and she might enjoy living in Ohio. Two weeks later, they head to Ohio.

As they leave, Cindy has an ocean of tears coming from her eyes. She starts thinking about what will happen. It is bad enough she has to leave her family and friends. She also has to start a new school and make new friends. They pass through South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee. They are now in Ohio.

After a week Cindy gets enrolled in her new school. She was scared on her first day as a new kid, she was worried about what everyone was going to think. Her first day ended up being better than she thought it would be, she made some new friends even though it all ended up being a vacation. Cindy’s mom gets a call that their papa is really sick. A week after that, they go back to Georgia, Cindy is happy about going back home but not happy that her papa is sick.

When they get back to Georgia they head straight to the hospital to see their papa. After a tough few weeks, their papa is out of the hospital and a lot better. They are so relieved and happier than ever. Cindy eventually moves in with her Aunt Wendy. Cindy’s two weeks in Ohio were fun but she is so happy that she is back home with her family and friends.
