"#YouAretheOne! " is a pioneering career counselling project in the area designed to address the needs of Pre-Bachelors/Intermediate students in district Chiniot. Originally launched in 2016 to provide career guidance to Matriculation students, the project has undergone a strategic shift to focus on pre-bachelor's level students in 2023. This adjustment is in direct response to the specific requirements and preferences of our esteemed sponsor, resulting in a more refined and targeted approach to empowering students in their educational and career pursuits. It aims to empower individuals by enabling them to make informed decisions about their careers, thereby unlocking their full potential. Let's explore some key aspects of this transformative initiative:

Accessible Career Guidance: The project establishes 1 on 1 career guidance, arranging easily accessible sessions where individuals can seek guidance and support.

Be Positive Productions Pvt. Ltd. is equipped with trained career counsellors who provide personalized assistance to students, considering their unique circumstances, aspirations, and challenges.

Information and Resource Dissemination: "#YouAretheOne!" ensures that students have access to comprehensive and up-to-date information about various careers, educational opportunities, scholarships, vocational training, and government schemes. This information is disseminated through WhatsApp groups, made after the counselling sessions to empower individuals in making informed decisions.

Partnerships and Networking: Be Positive Productions Pvt. Ltd. collaborates with LIPS (Lahore Institute Of Professional Studies). LIPS is envisaged to develop a system of education that embodies the values and concepts that defines the vision of strong culture and ethics blended with best educational practices. This partnership foster networking and exposure, opening doors for students of Chiniot district to gain practical experience and expand their professional network.

Impact of the project:

In this project, we have conducted comprehensive career counselling sessions and effective paper-solving techniques sessions, reaching a remarkable number of 800+ students across 12 colleges. It is particularly intriguing to note that an equal percentage of boys and girls actively sought guidance regarding their career paths. To ensure personalized support, we have provided one-on-one counselling sessions, inviting students to our office where we offer tailored guidance and assistance. Additionally, we have created multiple WhatsApp groups based on students' areas of interest to provide ongoing guidance and support. To gather crucial information for effective counselling, we have implemented data forms where students provide their names and career objectives. These data forms have proven valuable, revealing that approximately 50 percent of the students currently lack clarity about their future goals.

Future Prospects:

"#YouAretheOne!" has already witnessed significant positive impact in the villages it serves. Students who have benefited from the project's career counselling services have reported increased clarity about their career choices, improved self-confidence, and better prospects for success. Furthermore, the project has contributed to reducing unemployment rates and fostering economic growth in rural & urban areas by equipping individuals with the necessary skills and resources.

Looking ahead, "#YouAretheOne!" aims to expand its reach to more villages & cities, collaborate with additional stakeholders, and incorporate technological advancements to enhance its impact. By doing so, the project strives to empower villagers and create a ripple effect that will transform not only their lives but also the entire community.
