Why not learn to speak Spanish?

When I was little, my dad told me I had to learn Spanish as soon as possible. He didn’t just say “learn Spanish now!” My first instinct was to get into a classroom that taught me Spanish. But I wasn’t alone. A big reason why Spanish is so important is that there are many countries that do not teach or understand English. For example, China, Venezuela, Haiti, South America, Australia, South Africa, and so on. They do not know Spanish. These reasons are very real. There are more than 450 million people in the world who speak this language. And if we don’t know them, they will never see their children go to school with bilingual education. So if you want to live a good life, you have to speak Spanish.

Learning another language is not that hard. It’s really easy and it has only three requirements to follow. First, remember your own mother tongue. You should be able to easily use slang or expressions that are used by other people. Second, learn from native speakers or someone who knows how to speak another language. If you can make friends around the world, then it is better to know the Spanish language. Thirdly, become an expert of a foreign language. This means that you need to speak Spanish well enough or fluently. I know that if I want to learn Spanish, I must start from somewhere. This is where schools come into play. Many universities provide free tuition for Spanish-speaking students in order to teach them what we know. Learning Spanish just requires one hour a day. Then there are also online classes (https://bit.ly/3Cktnov) that offer a lesson twice a week or more often than that. The last requirement is to become fluent. Once you achieve this level, you can move on to making money from learning Spanish. That said, I am not going to waste your time explaining how learning Spanish works in detail. Everyone understands that to truly learn a language, you need to understand the process. In Spanish, we are basically translating. You translate what the speaker says into another language. So if you want to stay alive, learning Spanish is essential. If you learned German, how would you survive? Being able to create jobs for yourself would be tough without knowing or understanding Spanish. Just like any culture, the Spanish language is something we all learn at some point in our lives. However, I believe teachers play a key role in preparing us to learn Spanish well. I think it is crucial for teachers to help us find the right words, phrases, sentences, and grammatical structures that translate naturally. Teachers need to prepare you to put these things together and make sure you make sense when you read, write, and speak. Teachers should try to explain how to spell every word and how to pronounce each letter as quickly as possible.

Learning Spanish is extremely helpful. As mentioned above, Spain is the third largest population living in Europe. If we really wanted to go to great lengths in learning Spanish, then teachers had to prepare us to communicate by teaching us how to speak Spanish, properly. Teachers need to prepare kids to understand the two languages they speak. By doing this, they teach them to interact differently, and therefore grow and develop in both cultures and knowledge. They can learn and pick up more than a couple of words, but more important, they are getting practice in communication and speaking skills. It’s not unusual to hear a child in kindergarten class complain about not knowing Spanish yet. That is because the teacher doesn’t understand him/her and the kids aren’t working hard enough to grasp the basics. While this is not uncommon, educators should be prepared to deal with such language barriers. In order to solve this problem, teachers need to make sure they prepare their class to learn a new language.
