Unity is Strength
Indomitable spirit and combat effectiveness, against violence and discrimination

In downtown Indiana, a mixed-race black-white men's basketball team played a tense game against a white team, and the atmosphere on the court grew tense.
My name is Jack, I'm black, and I play solidarity with my teammates. We had a young white player named Justin who was the captain and our leading scorer.
Justin works harder than the rest of us, outplaying and breaking through his teammates and opponents in the game, showing his consistency and confidence to everyone on the court. When he hits the goal, everyone's eyes are on, and our hearts are beating faster.
In the third quarter of the game, we led by one point. We know their team will develop an attacking strategy and in order to win this game we have to be very careful or we will lose this win.
Before the start of the fourth quarter, a team entered the field armed with submachine guns and planned to disrupt the game, using their hopes of the audience to violently cause some problems. These are the self-serving representatives of inner city minorities who are taking a shot at this game and picking on our black team in hopes of disrupting the game for turf and money
It was a crazy fight and Justin and I got together and we tried to stop these guys. As a black man, I know we cannot let this get out of hand or there will be a cost to all of us.
When we fight against those minority groups, they have not only military training, but also professional equipment. Wearing ballistic vests and tactical gloves, they terrorized us with weapons. We realized that we had to react quickly if we were to defeat them.
Before that fight, we didn't plan to cooperate. But on the field, we quickly realized that it meant sticking together and helping each other. We didn't have time to discuss the specific plan, but our randomness made our attack still very effective. We seize every opportunity, use our body and intelligence to restrain their every step of attack.
Our fight wasn't long, but our clashes with those minorities had a profound effect on the game as a whole. The game was interrupted for almost two hours as administrators and police arrived and took them away from the game, creating a peaceful and stable environment for us.
During the hiatus, we gathered with white players to discuss how we can help those who have been abused. When we see these wounds and grief, we trust each other and begin to come together. We showed the strength to help and support each other. Even though we differ in race and culture, we can fight together for the same purpose.
Together we follow a plan, we escort victims to safety, and we remain vigilant. Although the game was forced to stop for a long time, we won more victories because we showed the determination and strength to support each other, and it will bring our community and people together.
After a victory worth celebrating, we returned home. Justin and I walked home together, and though our "black and white duo" used to argue with each other, we are now the closest of friends.
The scene of us sweating and fighting is so beautiful. If I ever doubted that two friends of different races could be an inseparable pair of friends, now I have clearly understood that our friendship comes from the object of our hearts. Those bad behaviors, we all want our communities to be more peaceful and more just.
