Unfulfilled desire

Author: Nafeez Ahmed

Our family was one of the other five-ten families in the village who were surrounded by happiness and peace. There were six of us in our family. I am accompanied by parents, two sisters and a younger brother. Days passed happily. My sister and I used to study in the dilapidated Dakhil madrasa of the village. My sister was one grade above me. I was good at reading and writing. But if there is turmoil in the family, what is the point of education? Today our whole family full of happiness got separated due to one mistake of my mother. The elder sister gets married, the younger sister stays in the village, the brother goes to some hafeji madrasa and I stay with my mother. Sad rain falls in the sunny blue sky. As the darkness leaves the colorful sky. Just like that, my mother and I left our happy family to an unknown city. Where everything is new. Mother admitted me to a good madrasa here. My mother took care of me a lot. He had many dreams about me I try to write very well here. But a bad boy here caught my eye. He wanted to lure me into his web of love. And I too am drawn into his web. Mother's dream remained hidden. Half yearly in one month

The exam came. Somehow I finished the exam. The result was very bad. The next few days are going bye bye. Even if you want to read carefully, it is not happening.

A world without me

Author: Nafeez Ahmed

My path will end in a few hours, surrounded by a deep black reservoir. Nothing in this world will stop for me without me. Everything will go according to time. The colorful sun in the eastern sky will float in the blue sky every day at its own pace. Your family will adjust everything with time. No one will shed tears for me in the land. At the end of the day at the village crossroads, even my dearest friends will not wait for me even for a moment. Ammu will never come to my little room at sunrise and wake me up with her sweet voice. Don't say what dad said at school that you have to be a human being. The father will never again take his mitt to the field for his own field work. Relatives who always inquired about me, they will never even mention my name. This is like a deep illusion. School friends who always sat waiting for me, today they don't even remember me. Even that golden afternoon sky will never paint me with its own color. All will exclude me from their own lists. Even those who used to spend time with me will not look for me. I used to think that if I am not there, what will happen to them? But now it seems that everything in this world without me is moving at its own pace. From the grasp of this soul all my forms will vanish like the wind. In a few days I will cease to exist. Everything is fine on earth today but I am not. Why are you so proud, at the end of the day come back to the Lord.

The best father in the world

Author: Nafeez Ahmed

From a young age, the father wanted his son to become a scholar. That's why when I was three years old, he used to take me to the mosque every day for prayers. At that time I was not very aware about namaz. Everyone was praying in the mosque. And I used to run and disturb the prayers of others. He has no idea how many times the father had to listen to the Mussalli's eyes burning for this. Still, my father took me to the mosque every day to make his dream come true. Baba cherished the thought in his heart that the children were put to work in their childhood as they grew up

Sticks to that job. Father loved me very much. My father used to sit for hours with the masjid teacher to teach me how to read Arabic. He used to study with me himself. I liked it very much Dad didn't do much work. He used to gather two handfuls of food. Suddenly, one day, father went out of the house for work, and a big car came out of nowhere and hit him. The local people took the father to the hospital. We also found out after a while. Immediately without waiting a moment I and my mother headed towards the hospital. The father was then placed in the operation theatre. He was undergoing a very difficult operation. Somehow we passed some time. The doctor came out of the operation theater and informed us that the patient's condition was not very good. Then we approached Baba to meet him. I watched as the father kept his eyelids open moment by moment for my happiness. Ignored hundreds of sleeps just for me, that person is now lost in a different world with his eyes closed. I saw him and discovered that like the mother bird after gathering food all day, she returned to the nest tired. When you get a chance to rest, you get lost in the land of sleep. Just like that today my father is lost in the land of sleep. After a while the father's eyes opened. I was very happy then. Baba called me to him and reminded me of his dream. That is, that he wanted to see me as a scholar. Called my mother and whispered something. I could not hear. After a while, father covered us with a sad sheet and went to a far away world. We were still crying for Baba in a town. After covering my father's burial, I returned home. I moved forward to fulfill my father's dream. One day I asked my mother what she was talking to you about before her death. What mother told me really surprised me. Mother said your father said my son should grow up to be a good scholar. My father expressed this wish even before he breathed his last. I really think my father is one of the best fathers in the world.
