The Repentance of the Sinner Who Killed 100

There turned into a man from Bani Israel who killed ninety nine humans. He has become deliberating about repenting. So he went to an Abid. [There is a difference between an Abid and a scholar. Abid means one who is on the right and straight path but does not have the knowledge (deep knowledge of Sharia) that a scholar has].

The man stated to this Abid, "I actually have killed 99 human beings. Will Allah forgive me?"

When Abid heard this, he said, "You have killed ninety nine humans! Allah Subhanahuwa Ta'ala will by no means forgive you!"

Now that man killed Abid!!

[Killing people is so easy for this man, like water. He killed him (Abid) because he did not agree with his opinion! He killed him because he did not like his wife!]

Even then, he tried to repent. There was something accurate in his heart. So at that point, he searched for someone to ask, and he discovered a student.

He went to the scholar and stated, "I even have killed a hundred humans. Will Allah forgive me?"

But the scholar said to him, "Yes, you have got desire! If you repent, Allah will take delivery of it even when you have killed a hundred people. If Allah opens the door of repentance for you, who will save you from doing so?" Even if this guy has killed a hundred people, Allah may be thrilled to accept his repentance.

But the pupil's fatwa did not anymore quit there. He additionally said, "You have to go away from this metropolis and visit some other place. This is a terrible town; I want you to go away from this city and visit any other metropolis wherein there are folks who worship Allah so you can worship with them."

The pupil realized that so long as this guy remains in this metropolis, he's going to hold to commit sins even if he repents! Because he's attracted to killing, much like a drug addict. He has to change his surroundings because the whole thing around him is associated with that addiction. The same thing occurs to folks that drink alcohol. When they see a pub, once they see a bottle of alcohol, they consider drinking alcohol. So to live far from this stuff, they have to stay away from those environments. That is why the scholar told the murderer to go away his city and worship Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala with precise human beings in another metropolis. Being in touch with desirable humans will inspire you to do suitable deeds. On the contrary, being in awful organisation will carry you down.

Muhammad (PBUH) stated, “If you take a seat next to a blacksmith, you'll smell like a blacksmith. And if you sit down subsequent to a person who sells musk, you may take in some of his perfume.” That is, even though we aren't involved in a job, due to being in those surroundings, we will take that odor into ourselves, even if we do no longer need to. So we must always keep up correspondence with true humans. The environment has a brilliant onfluence in those topics.

So the scholar advised him to go from his town to any other town. As he stated, the man sparks off in every other metropolis. But by way of the desire of Allah, the man died before attaining that city.

When he died, the angels of demise came to take his soul. When a great individual dies, the angel of mercy involves taking his soul, and whilst a terrible character dies, the angel of punishment comes to take his soul. So Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala sent every other angel to them to clear up this dispute. He said to them, measure the space between the 2 towns from which he died. If you locate him close to his own metropolis, then he's from Hell, and if he's close to every other city (of precise human beings), then he is from Paradise!

Muhammad (PBUH) stated, “Indeed, he turned into near his very own city!!” So ​​in which will his area be? Hell!!

But Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, Allah (swt) commanded the earth to widen the distance between him (the person) and his very own metropolis and to slim the distance between him (the person) and other cities (the best humans)!! [i.E. His body will appear to be near a good city, but he died near his own city.]

When the angels got here to degree, they determined him close to every other city (the best people) and Allah (swt) forgave him and made him a resident of Paradise.
