The Mind Player and the Stolen Thoughts

Once in a quiet town, there lived a 14-year-old boy named Rian. He looked normal, but he had a strange gift—he could hear people’s thoughts. He didn’t know why or how. The thoughts just came to him like whispers in the wind.

At first, he thought he was going crazy. But soon, he realized he was different from others. He could hear what people really felt, even when they smiled and said kind words. This power made him feel alone and scared.

One night, Rian had a dream. In it, a man wearing a silver mask appeared. The man said, “You are a Mind Player, and the game has begun.”

Rian woke up with his heart beating fast. The next day, strange things started happening. People in his town began to forget things—big things. A teacher forgot how to teach. A baker forgot how to bake. It was like their thoughts were being stolen.

Rian followed the strange feeling in his mind. It pulled him to the edge of the forest near the town. There, he found a hidden cave. Inside the cave were glowing bottles—each one held a person’s thoughts.

The Puzzle of the Lost Thoughts

Then he saw him—the masked man from his dream. He was collecting thoughts, turning them into puzzles. “Why are you doing this?” Rian asked.

“To see who can win the game,” said the masked man. “Mind Players must solve the puzzle or lose their minds.”

Playing the Mind Game

The masked man gave Rian a test. He showed him a puzzle made of thoughts—a memory from Rian’s own childhood. But it was mixed with lies.

Rian closed his eyes and used his gift. He listened to the true memory hidden under the fake one. Slowly, he solved the puzzle. The bottle in front of him glowed bright and returned to its owner.

“You passed,” said the masked man. “But more puzzles await

Rian kept playing the mind game. With each puzzle he solved, the stolen thoughts returned to the people. He became known as the “Hero of the Mind.”

But he never saw the masked man again. Some say the game is not over. Rian now trains his mind every day, waiting for the next round to begin.
