The A-Z guide to becoming a successful YouTuber
So you want to become a successful YouTuber? Let’s take you through the A-Z guide to becoming a successful YouTuber, from getting your first 1000 subscribers to getting featured by YouTube in the trending tab and beyond!
Build an audience

If you want to become famous on YouTube, the first thing you need is an audience. One of the best ways to build your following is by making videos with content that is relevant and informative to your target audience. You can also grow your following by watching what other popular YouToubers are doing, then adapting their techniques and styles into your own style of video making. In addition, there are many tricks for getting more views and subscribers on YouTube. First, make sure your thumbnail (the photo or GIF that will be shown in the search engine results) grabs attention. Second, use YouTube's annotation tool to include links in your video description to direct viewers to related videos they might enjoy. Third, don't forget to mention which social media networks you're on at the beginning of every video.
Develop an online presence

It's hard to be successful on YouTube if you don't have an online presence. It's important that you create accounts on social media, like Facebook and Twitter, so that you can share your videos with the world. Once you've done this, start engaging with other people in the YouTube community. Reach out to them on Twitter or Facebook and ask questions about their channel or watch their videos. Comment on them as well! Share their content too; this will make them want to return the favor when they see that you're interested in what they're doing.
Connect with other creators

There are so many people on YouTube, and it can be hard to know where to start. Connect with other creators in your niche for tips, feedback, and advice. Find channels that you enjoy watching, comment often on their videos, subscribe to them and share their content when possible. Your comments will give the creator motivation and attention. Commenting also helps you get out of the mindset of only consuming content, by giving you an opportunity to share what you like about a video or point out something that could have been improved upon. Creating social media accounts will also help because YouTube is more than just a platform - it's a community!
Create high quality content that interests others

If you want to be the best, then you have to learn from the best. Famous Youtuber Tyler Oakley has become an internet sensation by uploading videos that are both hilarious and educational. He talks about topics like coming out, gay rights, and mental health in a way that is entertaining for all ages. With millions of followers and subscribers on multiple social media platforms, he has made it his goal to use YouTube as his platform for activism and advocacy. The trick? It's authenticity. You can't make something popular if it doesn't feel authentic or relate to people's everyday lives. Upload content that you love making and don't worry too much about how many views your video gets at first because the more you put into your channel, the more it will grow!
Create your own video style and tone
Hey, my name is Morgan. I'm here with you today to talk about the steps you need to take in order to become an online success. First off, the most important thing you need when beginning your journey is passion. If you don't have any passion for what you're creating, it's going to be very difficult for people to connect with it. Next up on our list of necessities is practice.
Grow your following organically
One of the best ways to grow your following organically is by creating content that will interest and resonate with your target audience. Another way is by leveraging the power of influencers and social media platforms. A third way is by participating in live events like VidCon or VidSummit, where you can meet potential followers face-to-face.

2) Make videos that are different than what's already out there
3) Spend time editing and improving your content
4) Try not to be too self-promotional
Start creating YouTube ads
YouTube advertisements are an easy way to make money off of your videos. They're placed at the top or bottom of your video and run in pop-up form before the video starts. But how do you get YouTube ads? Follow these steps:
1) Make sure you have AdSense set up on your YouTube account. To do this, click on Creator Studio, then click on Monetization, then enable Adsense. 2) Find the right ad for your video by using the Match tool. Enter keywords related to the topic of your video and select any from the Keywords drop-down menu. If you find one that's close, select it. If not, go back and find a new keyword until you find one that matches closely with what your content is about.
