Our family barbecues
Our family loves to have barbecues. We get together every two months to have them. If it rains, my mother will set the table inside instead of outside.
My grandfather always does the cooking. He always says that it takes decades to learn how to cook the food perfectly, and he has been doing it the longest. My father helps him prepare the food, but isn’t allowed to cook.
Last weekend, we had a family barbecue. My two brothers and I played soccer in the backyard. Sometimes, my aunt joins in. She is really good at soccer because she used to play professionally when she was younger.
My grandfather believes we have barbecues because we are pleased with his cooking. Actually, I think we just enjoy spending time together as a family.
