In order to do this successfully they will need workers. What once seemed a rare chance and hard to reach in terms of professional careers is gradually becoming less so. For anyone who has wanted to contribute to space exploration, while they may not be of the select few that actually travel to space, there are plenty of ways in which they can help from a distance.

Here are some space industry jobs that will allow professionals to contribute to the exploration of the cosmos without having to leave earth.
