The number of students unsatisfied with their core studies is enough. That number is increasing day by day. There is a various factor responsible for this, like not updated education, new opportunities which are not taught by schools/college, internet giving various platform, and one of my favorite the whole world is getting globally connected.

Who are the hustlers?

From a village school student to a metropolitan college dude all are trying to someway to achieve something with their skills, talent, interest, and hard work. Initially, it was like Big city people do more stuff. But nowadays the internet just made everyone equal, people creating content from everywhere.

Why this Hustle?

As I already mentioned, the Internet made us equal, when we see people are doing anything we want to do the same or better. It was earlier also but the digital era makes it more practical in terms of learning and showcasing s well.

Everybody is so competitive and crazy about learning and showcasing to the world. I believe this creating audience or getting fame is the most of the youth wanted these days. A very common slang " Apne ko Bhi Nam krna" says the all.Areas of the Hustle?

From a daily vlogger to a streamer on youtube, from affiliate marketer to a young start CEO. The hustlers are everywhere. In my opinion, the credit goes to the Internet which makes us equal and lets us think out of the box.

One of the major reasons is that our education system allows us to do that. Every student gets enough time to do other stuff. In schools, fixed syllabus and exams time that gives student much freedom to do many things.

Students of college break the whole career myths, when the new opportunity introduces to them, they explode. Have seen people not sleeping at night, working on a startup, and at the end of college, many students have their startup. College not only teach their courses, but those conversations with friends and professor show them this new world.

Pros of the hustling culture

The content is improving everywhere due to such competition. The awareness about content originality in India is spreading. This competitive culture opening the ways of earning money and decreasing the dependency on earning money through jobs only.

Cons of the hustling

This hustling attitude does gives sucess to a lot of fellows but a sense of show also increases. In my opinion, the major affected region is education, the faith in education drops a lot.

A very different thing but quite relatable is about the scams that target such hustlers. The scam is not about few bucks it's about many lives.

Who are not hustlers

There are many kinds of students who are never allowed to see dreams. In India, there are lots of variety of people who either don't send their children to school due to financial crises or don't believe in the education system.

I don't wanna mention any community, but I do see people around here belonging to the community don't send their kids to school and not even allow them to achieve or try new things although they do have resources.

I believe this approach of career understanding will change soon and people will allow their children to choose their career according to their interests.

Summary

One should understand the value of practice and skill making. no body knows when the side hustle can become a mainstream career.

In my view, Hustle makes us alive. Just taking out few hours from our daily job can not only make those hours best but also improve the productivity of rest of the day.

Thank-you
