Out with the X and in with the New
A New Years Resolution

Out WIth the X and in with the New
How much struggling is done transitioning into the New Year? In other words, now Christmas is done. Moreover, wasn’t that enjoyable enough? Cannot we get sleep and start over again? Christmas, like any ordinary holiday has its pros or its cons. Obviously, we as Christians, don’t want to oversleep both the Holidays.
That is why we paramount go through the patterns of celebratory fun. Nonetheless, in a routine fashion. As an outcome, there's more time to catch on some ZZ's. Naturally, the body and spirit for this matter become rested. In other words, the microcosm of fulfilling daily routines can be ultimately transformed into a plain, ordinary day of routines (the Holidays of: Christmas and New Year's) . But, in this case, coupled with a set of pros and cons to remind us that REM is important. REM is the unconscious formation of the new day's routines. Moreover, it enables us to begin each and everyday with a new approach. One involving a struggling nature with the picked-and-scratched macrocosm of a routine (one, occurring and decided upon, during the holiday season).
Here are some proper times to release from the celebratory occasion. More the likely, to find knicks and crannies leading to a sleepful escape manly being aware of pros coming from finding breaks within the “big break” of grounding ones body and spirit. If this form into the imaginative cycles so does the epitome of the holiday. Especially, it's important to find time to radically enter into the realm of sleep. TO SUBSTTUTE SLEEP WITH LIFE (IN OTHER OWRDS, TO SLEEP ON IT). This may be carried out for the FOLLOWING REASON: chose those hoarded cons and transform them into a selected time for rest. Many people settle on this method because it provides for a chance to face wakeful reality utilizing coping skills (self-care consisting of rest and winding down).
There can potentially be more cons than ther re pros to shaping a holiday oriented around sleep. For example, isnt there always room for interacting with nephews and nieces once hasn't had a chance to visit due to routine reality? Moreover, isn't it true we’d like to spend quality time by entertaining , or hospitably making room for stories essentially missed. Another con comes with the excess baggage (you lnow, the luggage tats misplaced On a plane or at the airport). These are the self-created obstacles we don’t beckon upon. Instead, they ‘re ordeals, conflicts we obviously don’t want to face; although sometimes there intentions prove otherwise (as a chance to catch up on the macrocosmic troubles well fitted during microcosmic troubles as listed above). Therefore, its important to realize the intention of the pros is to plan and prepare while asleep. Furthermore, to go down a road in which perfect time with relatives is well deserved providing the sleep was beneficial (again, depending on the cycles of REM and what they essentially do to the spirit, and body)?
Certainly, the pros and cons outweigh the big picture. Sleep is a pro and its intentions fail to capture the substantial form we become aware of in reality. On the other hand, it’s a con to be doubtful upon a perfect cycling routine. A routine involving cyclically cleaning the mind (which is interconnected with the body and the spirit).
That why taking a break from the holiday makes sense. Its why, macrocosmically, do wee see an opening door to becoming prepared and expecting the unexpected coming from a well enjoyed , moment-to-moment holiday season well rested.
