A close friend of mine recently made a surprising career shift. He had been an interior designer for a few years but felt stuck with no real growth. Plus, we had long-term access to course materials, so I could go back and practice whenever I needed to.

Once the course ended, I felt confident enough to start applying for jobs. But things didn’t go as smoothly as I had imagined. I updated my resume and sent out applications, but two weeks passed without a single response. That’s when I realized that job hunting takes patience and persistence.

Eventually, I got an opportunity at a startup. It wasn’t a big MNC, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The experience I gained there was invaluable. I worked on real projects, learned new skills, and started building my IT career from scratch.

Looking back, switching careers was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It wasn’t easy, but it opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me. I learned that it’s never too late to take a risk and try something new.
