My dream of a windmill hero

Sitting on the bus, I imagined what CCTV would look like with endless dreams. An hour and a half later, a lofty building stood in front of my eyes, with the five big words "CCTV" in sacred and friendly letters.

Uncle told us that the summer special would be recorded in the CCTV studio. My classmates and I lined up neatly in a glorious hall, which contained several small halls, and the special program was recorded in the eighth studio, which could accommodate about 200 people. As soon as I entered the hall, I saw the big golden words "Windmill Hero" displayed on the electronic screen, and of course the familiar giant windmill. Four cameras and a swing arm were already in place, and there were countless lights looking up.

I was seated in the middle of the second row of the audience and began to learn the slogans and movements. The students did a great job. At first, I was a little nervous, but when the lights were all on, I was so excited! Suddenly, I spotted the young, sunny, handsome brother standing on the round stage, who was the host Zhang Yidian. He had a natural expression, spoke with great humor, wore a white-framed glasses, and a black and white casual vest shirt.

I concentrated on annotating the camera, always keeping a smile on my face, hoping the machine would shine on me. The first session was a game challenge for four players. We shouted out the slogan taught by our aunt, "Challenge, challenge, I'll challenge!" The young players walked up to the stage confidently and today they were challenged to play the game "One Sword, Two Eagles", which was very difficult. The rules of the game are: the player stands in front of the stage and throws two ping pong balls at the same time, the balls can only bounce once and must fall into a glass filled with water two meters away from the player at the same time. One ball entering does not count, and it must be at the same time, with a time limit of ninety seconds.

The first contestant was very confident, but due to the lack of control of the strength, he ended up with a failure to say goodbye to the stage. None of the contestants succeeded in the next three programs, and the students lost their confidence in watching. This project seems to be really difficult to complete. The current student who set the record for this project is Shi Caozhu, whose time was one minute and six seconds, and it is hard to imagine how he finished it.

He was sitting behind me during the recording of the program, holding the trophy the whole time. Just as I was losing interest in the game, I suddenly heard a shout from my classmates, only to see two orange ping pong balls really landing in two glasses at the same time, and in forty-five seconds, surpassing the ringmaster. We were amazed and cheered at the same time.

The last part was the long-awaited live interaction. We shouted out the slogan; Game game, I am the best! The name of the game was Feather Flutter. The rule is to blow up two feathers at the same time, no contact with the body, landing as a loss. And can not exceed the small circle of the stage. The longest perseverance wins. Students from four elementary schools raised their hands high. I was a little disappointed when the host named my good friend Jia Huiting. But I was looking forward to her outstanding performance, but due to nervousness, she only lasted for more than three seconds before the challenge was over. Another chance, I must grasp. This time, my classmates and I rushed down to the audience and raised our hands in front of the host, who finally noticed me and called my name.

I was a little nervous at first, but I immediately adjusted myself and calmed down. After a brief self-introduction facing the camera lens, I started blowing feathers." I must be calm and collected, not nervous and anxious ....... " I reminded myself in my heart. I lasted six seconds and twenty-eight, the host complimented me really good! Six more students challenged me next, but no one broke my record. Eventually I won the best participation award of the program, and the ringmaster presented me with a feather-fluttering certificate.

At the end of the recording, I couldn't feel calm for a long time. It was not easy for us to stick to the recording for five hours. Through participating in this activity, I understood that opportunities are actually equal for everyone, and we should learn to grasp and cherish them. Confidence, courage, composure and calmness are the basis of success. My dream is to have the opportunity to challenge myself and show my style on the stage where the lights meet, and today I have realized my dream. In the future, I will work harder to enrich myself and look forward to showing a more perfect version of myself!
