What do i like best about monday.com?

monday.com provides us with a versatile and visually appealing platform on which to manage work-related tasks, projects, and processes via effective collaborative workflows. monday.com easy to use. monday.com enables excellent communication among numerous teams, task management and visibility, and product completon efficiency. We can quickly manage my pipeline by sending automatic emails, scheduling apoinyments and keeping all candidate informtion in one spot.Customer support is also very good.

All are good in monday.com but improving integation with other software products, including CAD software for designers. Due to the inability of the activity log to be exported, some of users added data to it, resulting in the creation of an unintended data lake on the appliction.

monday.com helps us to keep organized from a team collaboration tool to simply keeping track of our personal to-do list. monday.com is an excellent tool for organizing your thoughts, tasks, and personal notes, as well as keeping trank of recuring items. It is fairly open-ended and has numerous choices to suit how you operate. After a while, it felt simple as if we already knew the software. It helped us sta on track with our tasks and deadline while also reducing our errors.

In addition to answering quesrtions, three individuals collaborate in our billing department tp fpllow up on detention requests, POD requests, and docomentation requirements. monday.com helps us stay focused, organised, and capable of managing any issue that aries. i love monday's understated look. i also use and enjoy the CRM. Monday's colour choices are one of this subtle but beautiful aspects,

I have no grievances. All i wanted was more time to explore and test out new features when certain plugins stop working or are supported, there is a lack of information and a tought luck we do wish that the tool included an instant messaging feature.

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Each person is aware ot thier function and who to delegate specific responsibilities to in case they arise. It restricts the number of people who can work on a task at once, increasing team productivity. since we are a global busniess, it was challenging tp globalise information from various companies prior to monday; but, as of monday, they are all uniteed togethar.

Monday makes keeping track of all my clients, their notes, email threads and attachments clean, orderly and easy to find. The fun annimations that change with seasons and holidays are so fun and make logging in neat. There are a lot of ways to customize the accoutn and the information in it as well, and being a very visual person, that customization allows me to clearly see by color where a lead is in the process and who's agreed to service, etc.

I use Monday every day all day long to keep up with details and to share details and information with my team. I've only had to reach out to Customer Support once, and it wasn't for anything technical or any issues, just for how to reactivate the animations that show up. :)

Implementation was a breeze too, super easy to setup and start using. Right now my business is small so we're not integrating with anything yet, but I've heard and read that the integration process is smooth too.

I wish there were some better estimate options built in, or partnerd with for better estimating. I have some one time charges that I can't mark as such in any invoicing tool I have currently and would love an estimate option that will allow me to show and bill for one time fees as well as show monthly costs for a complete view of the cost of service.

I attempted a couple different estimating apps through the account, but none of them had what I was looking for.

I don't "dislike" this about Monday, but it could be better. :D

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's one place for everyone in my organization to access information about any and all customer/job/projects that are in works. Before we were keeping track on spreadsheets and emails, which was cumbersome and information was easily lost. Monday has completely solved this problem for us.
