Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

Under one of the three streams available through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), one may immigrate to the province of Manitoba and get permanent residence in Canada.

The Business Investor Stream Entrepreneur Pathway is a paper-based interim application process that has been launched by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This procedure will be used up until the MPNP Online system has undergone the necessary technological upgrades.

The Steps For Applying To The Entrepreneur Pathway Are Succinctly Illustrated Below.

Step-1: Self-Evaluate Your Suitability And Conduct Market Research

The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for the Entrepreneur Pathway:

Business Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of full-time work experience in the last five (5) years either as a senior manager for an established company or as an active business owner (minimum 33% or one-third ownership).

An affordable networth.

Proficiency in official languages: minimum CLB/NCLC 5

Education: Equivalent to a minimum Canadian high school diploma

Step 2: Send The MPNP Your Expression Of Interest. (EOI)

Step 3: Obtain A LAA And Complete Your Application.

Deposit the Processing Fee. When submitting an application to the MPNP, you will be asked to pay a processing fee by wire transfer in the amount of $2,500 CAD and there is no reimbursement for processing fees.

Step 4: Your Application Gets Evaluated

A Business Immigration Officer (BIO) will be given a fully completed application to review in its entirety. The MPNP's defined eligibility requirements are used to evaluate the application.

The MPNP retains the power to give proposals from companies that significantly boost Manitoba's economy priority consideration. A minimum of two BIOs will evaluate the information you have supplied in your application before recommending that it be approved or rejected.

Note: During The Assessment Process, MPNP May Invite You To An Interview.

Step 5. Set Up Your Business In Manitoba And Adhere To The BPA

After you acknowledge your report date, you must give written notice to the MPNP of your Manitoba address and phone number within 30 days of the date of arrival after receiving a work permit and arriving in Manitoba. You will be given a BIO, who will be your point of contact moving forward for any queries and worries you might have.

Step 6: Final Recommendation

A proposal to nominate you will be made if the MPNP is persuaded that you have successfully met all requirements in your BPA. Before making a final decision to award you a Confirmation of Nomination, the Director of the MPNP will examine this recommendation. You will receive the Confirmation of Nomination via email. The BIO will suggest that your application be denied if the MPNP is not convinced that you have successfully complied with all BPA terms and conditions.

Applications may be rejected for the reasons listed below, including but not limited to:

Before the BPA's expiration date, you neglected to complete the BPA;

It has been determined that you violated the BPA before the deadline.

The MPNP has found inconsistencies of a material and pertinent character in your application, additional supporting documents, or information you have given; or

It has been determined that the documentation in your application is false by IRCC or another official body/verification agency.

Step-7: Interact With A Business Immigration Officer After You Arrive In Manitoba.

As per the terms of your Business Performance Agreement, all approved candidates must meet with MPNP Business Immigration Officer as soon as they land in Manitoba with a temporary work permit (BPA).

These Immigration Officers Help In The Following Ways:
