The Blind Man and his Guide Dog

One day, a blind man was crossing the street with his guide dog when a big truck lost control and came straight at him. The blind man was killed on the spot, and his guide dog died tragically under the wheels together to guard its master.

The owner and the dog arrived at the gates of heaven together.

An angel stopped them both and said with difficulty, "Sorry, there is only one place left in heaven, and one of you two must go to hell."

When the master heard this, he asked, "My dog doesn't know what heaven and hell are, can I decide who goes to heaven?"

The angel looked at this master with contempt and frowned. She thought for a moment and said, "I am sorry, sir, every soul is equal, and you will have to decide who will go to heaven through a contest."

The master asked disappointedly: "Oh, what contest?"

The angel said: "The race is simple, it is a race from here to the gate of heaven, and whoever reaches the destination first will go to heaven. However, don't worry, because you are dead, so you are no longer blind, and the speed of the soul has nothing to do with the physical body, the more simple and kind the faster the speed."

The master thought about it and agreed.

The angel told the master and the dog to get ready and announced the start of the race. She was full of expectation that the master would run forward desperately to enter heaven, but who knew that the master was not busy at all and walked forward slowly. What surprised the angel was that the guide dog did not run either, but followed the master's pace slowly, refusing to leave him. The angel suddenly realized: that, over the years, this guide dog has developed a habit, of always following the masteractionsion, in front of the master to guard him. The master, who had taken advantage of this, was so sure of his victory that he could simply call his dog to stop at the gates of heaven.

The angel looked at the faithful dog, her heart was sad, she said loudly to the dog: "You have given your life for the master, now, you, the master is no longer blind, and you do not need to lead him to walk, you run into heaven!"

However, both the master and his dog, as if they had not heard the angel's words, still walked slowly forward, as if they were walking in the street.

Sure enough, a few steps from the end, the master gave a muzzle, the dog obediently sat down, and the angel looked at the master with contempt.

At this point, the owner smiled, he turned his head to the angel and said: "I finally sent my dog to heaven, my biggest worry is that it does not want to go to heaven at all, just wants to be with me ...... so I just want to help it decide, please take care of it."

The angel froze.

The master looked at his dog lingeringly and added: "It's great to be able to decide in a race, and if I just let him take a few more steps forward, he'll be ready for heaven. But he has been with me for so many years, and this is the first time I can look at him with my own eyes, so I can't help but want to walk slowly and look at him a little longer. If I could, I would love to watch it go forever. But heaven is here, that's where it should go, please take care of it."

Having said these words, the master gave the command to the dog to go forward, and just at the moment the dog reached the end, the master dropped like a feather in the direction of hell. Seeing this, his dog turned his head hastily and ran wildly after his master. The angel, full of remorse, spread his wings and chased after him, trying to catch the guide dog, but it was the purest and kindest soul in the world, far faster than all the angels in heaven.

So the guide dog was with its master again, and even in hell, the guide dog will always watch over its master.

The angel stood there for a long time and murmured: "I was wrong at the beginning, these two souls are one, they cannot be separated ......"

Revelation: In this world, there is only one truth, but in the eyes of different people, they will see different rights and wrongs. Why is this? The reason is very simple everyone sees things, it is impossible to stand in an objective and impartial position, but more or less put on tinted glasses, using their own experience, good or bad, and moral standards to judge, the result is - we see the false image.

Hua Tuo pays homage to his teacher

Hua Tuo was an outstanding medical practitioner in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. He was an all-rounded medical practitioner who was well versed in the ways of medicine, especially in surgery. He invented the "mah-boo-san", which was used for major operations such as dissection of the abdomen and back and removal of the stomach and intestines. The story of Hua Tuo's learning from a teacher has been handed down to future generations as a good story.

Once, Hua Tuo saw a young man and after looking, smelling, asking, and cutting, he thought that the patient had a headwind disease, but he could not come up with a remedy for this disease.

Later, the patient found an old doctor who quickly cured him. After hearing this, Hua Tuo was so ashamed that he inquired about the old doctor's residence and resolved to learn his art from him. But Hua Tuo was so famous that he was afraid that the old doctor would not accept him as his disciple, so he changed his name and came under the old doctor's tutelage, begging to learn medicine. The old doctor saw that Hua Tuo was sincere and accepted him as his disciple.

From then on, Hua Tuo worked early and late, worked hard and learned well, and finally acquired the skill of curing head wind disease. When Hua Tuo returned from his mastership, the old Chinese doctor realized that the disciple in front of him was the famous doctor Hua Tuo. He took Hua Tuo's hand and said, "Hua Tuo, you are already famous all over the world, why do you still want to suffer here?" Hua Tuo told the old herbalist the reason for his visit and said, "There are mountains beyond mountains, and there is no end to learning. People have their strengths, and I should learn from you what I do not understand."

Insight: We must properly handle the relationship between individuals and the masses in practice, be open-minded to learn from the people, and draw on their experience and wisdom to continuously expand, deepen and improve our knowledge structure. The story of Hua Tuo learning from his teachers and not being ashamed to ask questions embodies this point.
