How can I be a good teacher….
how can I make my words clear to my Students…..

Teacher is a very hearty and more comforting for those who do it in a very well manner. Every one wants to be a good and vigilant teacher but what things make a person sincere with their profession (Teaching). First of all I want to discuss about what kind of capabilities, qualities, skills ,talents and characteristic one must be learned or taught.
I want to discuss because I am also a teacher , I researched a lot to get the good qualities of a teacher. I am a good teacher but I never thought myself a great teacher. I had passion, enthusiasm and creativity but I never thought I have the stuff of greatness. I did my best with the resources that are available. As a teacher I found myself draw to thinking about what could I do to improve my skills to overcome the negative students behavior or to encourage the students individually. I explore on internet or many teachers in real life while thinking about my own because I want to improve, grow and b like a great teacher. I never quite and always keep trying to learn to get better in my verbal acuity and style of teaching.
I got tremendous success in getting my students to take them to good positions. I never thought I have unique strategies and skills but I learnt a lot from other teachers. I will learn more and more till I feel that I have all the skills of a great teacher. I think more satisfying teachers are those ,who are passionate for it. Being good teacher is extremely important and a good teacher is someone who students will remember and cherish for the rest of their lives.
Teacher should handle pupils with love and care:
It is only a teacher who can encourage a student with love and care. A teacher can mould them in good shape at the very beginning because love of a teacher can make a student very much conscious about their studies and success. A good teacher can inspire hope, establish a love of learning and ignite the imagination. According to William Arthur Ward..

• Take responsibilities as a guide too.
Passionate teachers are happy teachers. They create a learning environment where students want to learn and share knowledge. It can cannot be easy to forget encouraging and restoring your students verbally to instill confidence in their abilities. Passionate teachers can easily evaluate the interest of the students and can create more interest in their teaching strategies and also in topic. To improve interest of the students can use different type of activities and audiovisual aids. Passionate teachers are loved with their profession and they are distinguished because of their commitment and achievements of their students. So what makes a teacher good and passionate. ..
1. Good teachers are good listeners.
2. Good teacher are adaptable.
3. Good teachers are engaging.
4. Good teachers are good communicators.
5. Good teachers have patience.
6. Good teachers focus on collaborations.
Now I want to discuss about the different aspects that are necessary for a teacher to become a good n passionate teacher. Cc'd
• A good teacher manages classroom effectively:

As a good teacher knows it better that classroom management is very much important to convey your idea to the students. If one can not manage class it can not be possible to convey your idea to the students clearly.to manage classroom effectively we have to set rules and boundaries. You can be kind , loving and supportive but still have to be their teacher. While teaching a topic you should make it as interesting that everyone wants to participate in it. A good teacher should create a situation in classroom that even a dull student want to add something in it. Never forget to engage the students who are back benchers. As said by Karen Yenofsky,
“ Find the ways to make your hardest kid

• Set high expectations:
Setting expectations means believing students should always reach to achieve their best.

Everybody has implicit biases, and left unacknowledged or unchallenged, the ones biases can have an effect on the expectancies we preserve for students. Our ideals approximately a student’s talents is probably impacted through language, disability, race, culture, gender, socioeconomic level etc.
• Good teachers should show passion for what you are teaching.
Good teachers are always passionate for what they are teaching in the classroom. Passionate teachers are very much effective in their lesson plans and to convey their lesson in well manner so that students can understand easily. Passion of a teacher can help to manage class very effectively.
• Good teachers encourages pupils to participate.
This is also a very good quality of a good teacher to make his students to take participate in class discussion. During lesson pupils have confidence to ask about the topic. Participation of the students can also create good environment in the class.
To conclude my story I want to discuss that if I want to b a great teacher so I should be passionate for my profession. I get the results of my research that a teacher should not be a critic he should have patience. A good teacher should manage class effectively and should encourage the pupils to participate in the class. A good teacher also a good communicator and a good listener.
