This sense of belonging and support was invaluable, especially during the early days of my transition.
Now, several years later, I am proud to say that I am a committed vegan. Not only have I lost weight and improved my health, but I feel like I am making a positive impact on the world around me. By choosing to eat a plant-based diet, I am reducing my carbon footprint, supporting sustainable agriculture, and contributing to a more compassionate and ethical food system.
