Motivation, Hunger and Thirst are all part of all our internal regulations and the maintenance of our internal environment. The critical aspect of homeostatis and its' processes which are set and necessary to keep components of our metabolism at balance, as in testrosterone and estrogen in the male and female body. This shows a balance in the endocrine system and our hormones, as well as blood sugar levels and oxygen. It also regulates body temperature, and a process to detect a violation and correct the problem that happens in our tissues. It must be able to alter it for emergencies or any special circumstances. Periodicity requirements are noted and sensory processes of behavior has control of physical movements.
The brain, endocrine system, and other metabolic controls our immune system and these control systems in the body encourages motivation of homeostatis and the regulatory processes that help the metabolic processes that keep other processes within stable levels over time. They are reassurable, acceptable limits and an imperative to accomplish a behavior by direction and facilitation. Hunger is the cause of an organism to seek food and become energetic. Part one of what is known as Terkes' Principle of Behavior deals with performance efficiency and the level of motivation or arousal from performing good or bad to feeling calm or tense. The more tense the less that is accomplished for every behavior there is an optimible range of arousal such as more or less motivation like arousal, tension, anxiety, caffeine or others will produce less effective behavior. An optimal time for arousal for motivation then.
Now part two of Terkes' Principle of Behavior and there is an inverse and direct relationship between optimal arousal and complexity of behavior. This is a direct variable and an indirect variable to increased health. It is really all about optimal arousal times. Learning is a way to increase potential and the counseling relationship is to tell the story.
There is a breakthrough on how to control anxiety and thinking what is the best way to do what needs to be done to stop anxiety. The technique uses problem-solving ideas. The ways to approach motivational processes is an underlying primary process or processes that the brain uses as a baseline for motivation and emotion. Primary for survival is the stress response system that is an arousal response and this is how the brain readies the body to perform. In the midbrain area there is something like a 'brainstorm' and the endocrine and the cortex limbic systems and areas of the hypothalamus along with the Central nervous and the skeletal nerves all work together. The autonomic nervous system with the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems have characteristics working together and/or respond to the other side that decreases movements in an organized and enhanced arousal level along with the viseral basal metabolic rate increases along with respiration that is a coordinated response with intense focus and the peripheral vision disappears and causes tunnel vision. The program for sympathetic and the parasympathetic system does allow for the maintenance of body processes for a base response to emergencies, motivation, and emotion as a biological response. It is easy to initiate the uncontrollable arousal for can be controlled and in the restoration of control and homestatis the cognitive skills that are learned day to day at various levels of the brain and body.
Hunger
Animals generally eat just enough for one to keep their weight constant and implies a good regulation for the body, and when calories are messed with animals eat more to keep constant. I believe that humans do the same. Calorie controls the level of calories available and when we spend more calories that increase we all eat more, and when you reduce a specific nutrient (take out a protein) they will adjust and look for another source to get what is missing. These imply that control impulses along with motivation is a process that energizes or facilitates behavior and is a way to a direct is a set of assumptions and a stable internal environment for the body to regulate and keep a constant or homestatic system of periodocity that the body is a complex system with a lot of variety in the ways the body and brain work. In the cortex and limbic system there is a 'master gland' known as the pituitary gland. The hypothalamus and the thalamus relaxes the sensory input processing in a direct yet indirect control and the endocrine system controls H2O in the calories and other special items that will equal problems. The brain stem and the vital processes it controls along with the autonomic nervous system in the midbrain to show a coordination of movements. A scheme is preplanned behaviors input in the forebrain that has a 70% volume of fluids. Motivation and the hypothalamus allows us to monitor this volume to observe and monitor what the endocrine system through the pituitary gland. It will communicate to the overall midbrain stem for an arousal response.
The tension and anxiety that is experienced the variety of roles to the cortex and the amygdule and the limbic system that there is a nerve pathway between the hypothalamus and cortex. The medial forebrain and the frontal bundle incentive and the neurotransmitters that are in the pleasure center for learning and emotion allows for the anticipation and experience in the direction of behaviors. The control system like this allows for the elements in programming subroutines and detects the need for food, water, the seriousness for feeling fear, and information coming intents of some and play out when the needed behavior. It is like a Stop/Start center for feeling motivation. There are lesion studies that were used to see the differences in behaviors. The lateral nucleus and the hypothalamus is somewhat attached and it seems we do not eat, and when we stimulate the Start center it seems that we always eat will be a start even if it is not true and the hypothalamus as whole is a central control of these behaviors that are also true for the Stop center and ablate the fat to stimulate the idea to stop eating. This all follows the nerve tracks of the body and the complex systems it is.
Things can go wrong more easily when errors in learning about eating disorders that occur for some of us. One way is that nausea is an adverse effect to food and is learned in one trial learning in a evolutionary program in an association of carbohydrates along with stress and depression. The metabolic connections which is a whole set of interactions that states that eating and other social behaviors in cultures include all emotion with the sympathetic system that allows for a homeostatic balance or pattern. The status achieved with problems that emerge in life like deferring various kinds of gratification. There are cultural and personal changes (adaptations) to behaviors over a long period of time.
There are anorexia and bulimia issues that are categorized in many ways. Extreme anorexia could cause osteoporosis and enlarged ventricles in the brain and it seems that the brain body is digested along with brain tissue also in the midbrain that causes a chemistry issue and solutions are probably complex as well. There are cognitive behavioral approaches that use medications like Seratonin and other support systems are used to bring understanding to all these issues we face.
