Accident
A short story titled 'Accident' was written
Suddenly the right wheel of the rickshaw opened and started running. Boney and I were the passengers of that rickshaw. The rickshaw puller and I fell quite a distance. After a while I realized the true story. The rickshaw driver was driving the rickshaw very fast. At that time, it began to roll forward. Looking back, the car is gone. That is, after hitting the rickshaw, the car immediately passed by at high speed. He was very angry with the driver of that car. He has no sense of courtesy or responsibility. Suddenly thought where Bonnie? I ran to the rickshaw in panic and fear. Go and see Boney lying under the rickshaw. Boney was sitting on my right side and the right wheel of the rickshaw had come off. As a result, the rickshaw tilted to the right and Boni fell before it. So Boney is now buried under the rickshaw. As I approached the rickshaw, I saw the rickshaw driver. He was not in much pain. But he also liked it. As I was going to pick up the rickshaw, I looked ahead and saw a small child in school clothes lying on the road. It was not understood that the wheel of the rickshaw went forward and hit the child. And that is why the child fell. As I got closer, I saw that the child's head was bursting with blood. In such a situation, I did not dare to look at the child's face. By that time the rickshaw puller rescued Bonnie. Bonnie is also quite injured. But looking at Bonnie, it is clear that she will be able to walk. I said to Bonnie, Bonnie come quickly. The child should be taken to the hospital. Bonnie ran to me without saying anything to the rickshaw puller. We both admitted the child to the hospital. The doctor on duty saw the child and said that he was bleeding a lot due to the injury and also suffered a serious head injury. If you did not bring him in time, he could not have been saved. In any case, the child should be given blood immediately. You arrange for B+ blood. Boney said sir my blood type is B+. you take my blood I said to Bonnie, Bonnie you are already injured, on top of that…. Bonnie interrupted me and said, saving the child's life is the biggest responsibility right now. I went to get medicine without saying anything. After bringing the medicine, I saw Bonnie and the child lying side by side on the bed. Bonnie stood up when the blood transfusion was over. I brought Bonnie out. The doctor said, the child will not regain consciousness before an hour. You wait. After hanging out for an hour, Bonnie and I headed to the hospital. By now we are quite tired. Slowly moving forward inside the hospital. As I moved towards that bed, I saw a woman caressing the baby in her arms, and a man wearing a lungi was standing next to her. The man looked familiar. Moving forward, I saw the person with the rickshaw. The rickshaw puller looks at the child. We realized that the child belonged to the rickshaw puller. Bonnie and I were quite surprised. When we went ahead and paid the rickshaw fare to the rickshaw driver, the rickshaw driver held our hands and cried.
The situation was a whirlwind of emotions. Relief washed over us knowing the child might survive, but deep concern lingered for Bonnie's injuries and the rickshaw driver's grief. Despite the ordeal, a sense of unity emerged. We, once strangers on a rickshaw ride, were now connected by a traumatic event.
As we left the hospital, the sun dipped towards the horizon, casting long shadows. The accident, a reminder of life's fragility, had brought us together. We walked in silence, forever marked by the day a runaway rickshaw wheel turned tragedy into an unlikely bond.
This ending ties up loose ends:The child's survival brings relief.
Bonnie's injury is acknowledged.
The rickshaw driver's grief is highlighted.
The newfound connection is emphasized.
The final sentence leaves a lasting impression.
Feel free to adjust it based on the tone you want for your story.
