Solution 1: Verify the Login Credentials

Click on the link onthe error message that says Verify your credentials.

Then in the new window that opens and displays your bank’s website, re-enter your login details.

Remember do not use the auto-fill to enter the username and password details, rather you can do it manually.

Next, log out of the bank website and go back to QuickBooks.

Now, same way as you did previously, re-enter your username and password.

Select the Transactions tab and click on the Banking menu.
