The Power Behind a Man

Times have changed, and priorities have shifted throughout and in all aspects of life. The elevation of women is here, and we are standing in our power stronger than ever before, but what does that mean for men? Women have never had the power they hold today or the ability to be heard and make changes in the world and the future as we know it. This was once a man's job. How do two species coincide and share the same strength and power? It's easier than one would think. Everyone team player in a sport has a job, and that job needs direct direction, as long a job or assignment is assigned then anyone man or woman can follow. Expectations are to be set and an ultimate goal must be within reach. This is another case of balance. I'm calling it existing the new world of elevation. Even the children are being managed differently. The importance of a father goes without say, and the more involved a father is the better outcome of the children, and that is being balanced in homes more and more. Working in the medical field for 2 decades has proven a lot of what I'm discussing more dads are bringing their kids to physicals and doctors appts etc and the security in the kids varies and seems to have a safer feel. Do you have to be a father to be a leader? Of course, not! Regardless of who is doing what we have the knowledge that there is a very important gene difference in men and women primarily around emotions and hormones. However, women have proven to be able to work, raise families and multitask independently when needed or if a situation arises.

A strong man leads a room in silence his presence leads without say, does he know that? Does he know if he leads left we would all go astray? Does he know if he leads right the future will be so bright? But does he know this? Does he feel the room shift went he enters it? Does he see how he's the center of it? Does he feel what we feel when he surrenders it? Does he know what would happen if he nurtured it? Does he know how we would all mature in it? What does a man feel when he's at the front line? Everyone starring at him waiting for the next move waiting for a sign. Until then it's a standstill because he holds more power than he knows but does he understand it? What happens if the man leans left? Is it the womens time to jump in so no responsability is left? Balancing the weight because we're both strong and we both need to be kept. Even when you're a strong leader sometimes things go wrong. Did he know he had backup all along.? Make the next move and watch how they follow even in a room filled with sadness and sorrow if the leading man smiles we know it is all worth wild. He's leading. We can balance each other out but without a doubt he's leading. Does he know he is felt when he is gone? Did he know that his presence was that strong? Does he feel the power of his being all along or has time changed us that much that a mans power feels like it's gone? Does he even know he really is that strong? Even in times of difficulty even when he's wrong. When a strong man leads it's never to defeat a strong man leads by standing on his very strong two feet. The women is there to meet him half way but don't go left cause then she'll fray away and they need each other to create a beautiful army. Two strong beautiful people living in peace and harmony.
