Struggle to choose spending time between self and family.

THE HYPOCRISY OF BEING HUMAN.
Have you ever been in any situation where you desired alone time and human connection at the same time?
Most of us have gone through this situation once in a lifetime and I have also experienced the same.
Finding the balance between alone time and human connection is a common struggle that many of us face. We desire moments of solitude to find peace, reflect on ourselves, and experience freedom.
However, excessive solitude can lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation. On the other hand, human connection brings companionship, shared experiences, and support, but it can also lead to pressure to conform to societal norms.
Striking a balance between these two aspects of life is essential for personal growth and fulfillment.
I once came across a podcast where a monk beautifully explained the concept of balance in life, using the example of anger. Anger is often seen as a negative and destructive emotion, but the monk emphasized that there is a balance to everything.
No emotion is completely bad or good; it depends on how we choose to explore and channel it.
For instance, when someone goes through a challenging phase in life, such as a breakup or a failure, they experience anger. In such a situation, there are two choices: either channel that anger into motivation to work on oneself and grow or let the anger consume them, leading to hatred and potentially making wrong decisions.
A wise person understands the importance of balancing these emotions by harnessing them for personal growth, while others may choose to play the victim and let anger control their actions.
The key lies in finding the right balance. It's important to give yourself some space, enjoy alone time, and reflect on your own thoughts and feelings.
However, people often confused it with being a selfish person but it is not true as It's about recognizing and honoring our own needs for solitude while also nurturing and investing in our relationships.
It's about setting healthy boundaries and communicating our need for alone time without neglecting the importance of quality time with loved ones.
It's about finding the right blend of solitude and social engagement that works best for us as individuals.
This introspection allows you to understand yourself better and discover what you truly want in life. However, it's equally crucial to recognize the significance of spending quality time with loved ones—family and friends.
Meaningful connections with others provide support, joy, and a sense of belonging.
Balance is essential in navigating the constant tug-of-war between solitude and human connection. By embracing both aspects, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
We come to realize that there is no absolute good or bad; instead, everything carries a mix of energies.
It's up to us to explore and harness those energies in a way that brings positive growth and harmony to our lives.
Just simple as this, everybody goes through this emotion but the crucial part is to balance.
In conclusion, the desire for alone time and human connection is a natural part of being human. We need moments of solitude for self-reflection and personal growth, but we also crave connections with others for companionship and support.
Striking a balance between these two aspects is crucial for our overall well-being.
By understanding that there is no absolute good or bad and embracing the concept of balance, we can navigate the complexities of our emotions and experiences, leading to a more fulfilling and enriched life.
