First impressions.

Every night at midnight the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky, but this particular night it was euphoric and I felt extremely high and it was for some reason like I had been given a Truth tablet. I just never shut up and I began to tell my friends the truth about my first experience with writing on Vocal a couple of years back, funny what first impressions can give to people even pen to paper, so reme life is too short to be serious all the time. So if you can’t laugh at yourself call me and I will laugh at and with you. Because remember we really can be anything on this great stage of ours so let’s just be kind.

You know what when I first wrote or came onto Vocal I hated it. I had young teenagers telling me not enough words.

Then thrown back because it didn’t make community guidelines. So I would ask them for the community guidelines so I can Correct my mistake- you see where this is going- no one ever answered.

You just had to delete and reinstall anything in the end because you never received feedback other than- not enough words. No mention of religion. Absolutely no mention at all. No political speech.

Basically you darn well wrote what they herded you ; us writers ✍️ into. I deleted myself as I saw others submit political opinions. Under a certain umbrella. I saw others submit Religious work under a religious umberella, well I’m sorry but a few students who we’re winning the vocal prizes and telling us what we could and couldn’t write was like- or should I rephrase that too feeling of being in a child’s playgroup.

Anyway I looked again as I have loads of stories floating around under my old account, that are not accessible, anyhow this time I came back and you have real true crime drama series ; you have a political section and a religious one and it was a lot more friendly by your group of vocal creators as I’ve never heard a peep from mine; so I must be getting better at spelling;grammar,punctuation as it would come back for a wrong commas being used.

However I am a bit miffed that when you joined in the early days you used to get 10 pounds for your first 10 stories. Gone with the price of ? Then prizes 5,000 2,500 now they are always 1,000 , and I’m unhappy ☹️ because I’m must be trying too hard to win it. With photos oh no, someone got all twisty about photo bombing.

Other than that I’m under the impression you just go with the flow, and write what just comes to your heart.

so here goes I wrote this poem just for you,

Love is like a 🦋 butterfly it starts as a chrysalis, sheds a skin, then does die.

But grows into a magnificent butterfly that you have endured all pain, death, and rebirth to fly high, to enjoy the freedom of the senses of pleasure of the butterfly does bring, enjoy this essence on this St Patrick day might sing, if romance and love and birth of new life, I love you with all my life.

we will dance under the whirlwind romance 💘 of the waltz and the Tango under the pur moonlight, I will make your emotions untangle , come on let’s do the Mambo.

Like clay to a potter,

Like paint to an artist,

Like Pen to Pen,

we create an image,

Let it be a beautiful one,

Let it be the reason hearts feel warm, fuzzy glow that the master is at work as we sit round and take in all the energetic glow,
