For Alex Turner, soccer was everything. From the first time he kicked a ball at age six, to the countless hours spent perfecting his skills on the field, he lived for the game. His dream was clear—he wanted to lead his team to victory in the state finals. Now, in his senior year, that dream was within reach.

The team, the Lakeside Lions, had fought hard to make it to the championship. Every practice had been intense, every game a step closer to the final showdown.
