The Story That Refused to End

Readers vanish after the final page — and no one knows why.

By GoldenSpeechPublished 3 months ago 1 min read

In a digital archive deep within the web, there’s a story titled “The Story That Refused to End.” It has no author, no date, and no clear ending — because new paragraphs appear daily, written by people who disappear after reading it.

Each post ends the same way:

“I just wanted to see how it ends.”

Linguists analyzing it found fingerprints — literal, human fingerprints — embedded in the code. When the site was finally shut down, a new one appeared the next day, already containing your name.
